5 /5 IamThatGyrl: I would be remiss if I did not write this review. I was referred to Decatur Garage by a dear friend after a disappointing experience at Eurofed, which I now refer to as Eurocrooks. Not only did they fail to fix my problem, but they also treated me like a "cash cow." I decided not to give them another penny and called Decatur Garage instead.
It was the weekend before July 4th when I reached out to them. From the beginning, I could tell that I finally found someone who understood my issues. They assured me that if I dropped my car off on the Monday before the 4th, I would have it back before the holiday. However, I was unsure if this was possible given the potential damage caused by Eurocrooks.
To my surprise, I received a call on Tuesday informing me that my car was ready. They explained everything they had to fix, which I suspect was caused by Eurocrooks. I had no idea how much this would cost me, but it turned out to be more than fair. I couldnt get there fast enough to pick up my car!
The invoice was very detailed, listing everything along with the costs. When I turned the car on, I immediately noticed it was running smoother. I cannot thank Decatur Garage enough—I am now a lifetime customer! They were truly heaven-sent!
