5 /5 Lalo Fraire: Such a badass experience with them. I would highly recommend as I was beyond satisfied with their service. The only thing that kinda sucked was the time frame in which the work was done but that was through no fault of their own and they even been the expected deadline by 2DAYS ! Safe to say that I would definitely go through them again.

5 /5 Marty Teems: We have had other vehicles serviced by CarStar with excellent results. Our recent insurance claim was a bigger job. We picked up our vehicle today and the work was fantastic! Like a new vehicle and cleaned up nicely. They kept us updated all the the process so we knew where we were in the process and what day we could pick up. Very friendly and helpful at the shop in Dalton. I highly recommend.

The repair work was beautiful and my car had not been this clean in a long time when they returned it. The men at this location make the difference in this and other collision repair businesses. Especially thanking Jarvis for his wonderful attitude.

5 /5 Dayna Smith: I had a wonderful experience with CarStar South having my car repaired. Jarvis was so easy to work with and followed up with everything just as he said he would. The guys replacing my bumper noticed I didn’t have a sensor on the left side. Spencer called to ask if I wanted them to replace it. I remembered that I had placed the sensor in my trunk. He was able to find it and put it back in for me! To me, that is what I would call “going above and beyond”. I would refer anyone to CarStar South!

5 /5 Joshua Jordan: Quality customer service, with even better work to show for it! Not only did they make my car look like new again, they also took the time to clean my car for me. (sadly the pollon took over after that, but the effort was definitely appreciated) They also keep you informed with everything going on along the way, which is always appreciated.
