2 /5 Jay Deprimido: So far its a 2 star for me based off the fact theyve had my car since last Friday, told me the starter would be in Monday, I didnt hear from them at all that day, then I had to call yesterday (Tuesday) just for them to tell me that the starter would be in after lunch time. Here it is Wednesday and I once again had to call just to be told that the starter didnt show up yesterday and that it would be in hopefully today. Ill change this update when I get the car back and base it of their work, but as of right now, 2 stars! People shouldnt have to call or wonder about the status of their car/part. They could at least give someone an update. And they dont answer the phone after 4:30pm because I called 2 days in a row around (Monday and Tuesday), or after that time and got no answer each time. They do offer great prices, but the customer service could be a better as far as updating people.
