From the moment I walked in, Judy greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive and sweet. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. The mechanic, Lee, went above and beyond. He was extremely informative and took the time to not only explain what needed to be done to my vehicle but also showed me exactly what he was talking about. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything that had been done, which gave me a real sense of confidence and trust in their service. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that combines professionalism with such personal care. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and kindness shown by both Judy and Lee.
