Fields of the Woods Church

Stacy Harmon What a wonderful God filled gathering of believers. My granddaughter got so much out of a single Sunday morning with the Word spoken in the simplification of Truth. Thank you for your dedication! And your joy in preaching Gods Love and His presence in our life.

Browns Bridge Church

Jennifer Cordero They do so much for the children. As soon as you walk in, you feel nervous because of how huge it is, but the members here make you feel welcomed. They have a huge coffee bar for the adults, and a lobby area with big screens to watch the preacher on if youd like to chill in the lobby and watch. If you decide to go inside the main church gathering, theres tons of seats. Upstairs and downstairs. The music definitely moves your soul and you can feel the holy spirit surrounding you. Its come as you are. Just casual. If you wanna wear your pjs and just be comfy, you can too. Its not about physical appearance. Its about sharing the love of God with people who share that same love. Our brethren. My kids adore it there and you definitely love to hear the pastor speak. Theres a message for everyone. Cops are located in and around the perimeter for safety precautions and traffic. I recommend trying this church. At least twice. I didnt like it the first time I came. Then I went again. And again the following Sunday. And then the next Sunday. Here I am now posting my review and its got quite the length, so it must be a gem. Check it out. Lets see your review! ☺️β›ͺ✝️

Providence Presbyterian Church

Dan English Friendly, loving congregation in the reformed tradition, but not stuffy. Good mix of old and new music and the coolest sanctuary because they meet in an old Methodist church converted to a theater for use by Creative, a program for the disabled.

Sts. Raphael, Nicholas, and Irene Greek Orthodox Church

Man From Milton In todays age when Christian Churches seem to be changing the rules on what is right and wrong in their attempt to be current, heres a Church that hasnt changed its teachings in over 1700 years. If you ever wondered what the original Christian Church was all about and how they worshipped, then take the time to come to Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene Greek Orthodox Church on 10:00 AM Sunday morning to see.. Youll enter a world that will be totally strange yet seemingly pertinent. The worship service dates back to the third/fourth centuries but will immediately seem familiar as it recants Scripture, teaches unwavering theological truths, and portrays the life of Jesus Christ. While its an Eucharistic Service, Communion is restricted to baptized Orthodox Christians that have undergone preparation. As the name denotes, its Greek and goes back to that time in history when Greek was the language of commerce in much the same way English is today. But dont despair, 100% of the service is done in English. The congregation itself is no longer majority Greek as there are ethnicities representing the many countries where Orthodox Christianity is practiced along with many converts to the Faith that have discovered Orthodox Christianity as part of their spiritual journey. The Priest is a warm hearted and dynamic Christian man that will make you feel welcomed.

Friendship Baptist Church-Cumming

Leigh Hawkins I love this place, but more than that-the people who make up this church! I have attended Friendship Baptist Church my entire life. Like anyone, there have been times when I havent been as close to God as I should be...however, I love attending this church because of the way we can worship JESUS together. Are we perfect? Of course not...but we try every day to be better than the day before. We were founded in 1840 and we try to show Jesus LIGHT in our community. I ask you to give us a try...see who we are and what we are about for yourself. Check out our Facebook page @friendshipbaptistGA to see some of our activities and services. And above all, know that our mission is to LOVE one another, just as Jesus taught us. We hope to see you soon!!
