We enrolled as first time visiting patient last year and this was our second follow up visit. Dr Shannon was amazing, kind, thorough, and truly attentive to their needs. I felt so comfortable knowing my kids were in such great hands. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shannon to anyone looking for top-notch care for their children. This facility is very clean, organized and with many smiling faces on reception! This gives us very positive energy and comfort when interacting with the staff. Always smiling and caring staff! I truly left feeling like I could smile again. Even though my insurance wasn’t accepted, they walked me through the payment options step by step, and it ended up being very affordable. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, the doctor, and his assistant—every single person showed an incredible amount of kindness and grace.
