Ghofran Abdulaziz Man works like he learned about cars in the Middle East. Our car broke down BAD, he pulled up-figured out what was wrong, FIXED THE ISSUE AT 12 AM. Our car drove us all the way home and to work the next morning and he came to fix the car early in the day ON A SUNDAY. He did a great job. He was reliable and the cost was low. The mechanical abilities is that of an instinct engineer, his ability to fix the car in a short amount of time, and how he consistently showed up with great timing was very appreciated. Fast time efficiency and speed efficiency and reliable work. 20/10 recommend, Ghofran, Aj, and Amari approve of this message. Most mechanics only do tire changes and simple stuff like battery’s and such when it’s mobile but he was fully skilled.

Kurt Pieper Mitch was excellent in helping me keep my 2010 Lexus RX350 running smoothly, and in tip top shape. Ive used True Automotive many times and always appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting area, that they always keep my appointment on time, and make sure to get me out as quickly as possible. Mitch was very thorough in showing me via pictures as well as explaining to me on what needs to be done moving forward so I know what to expect in the future. I will be returning again and again. These guys are truly top notch. Highly recommended!

Monica Ragin If I could give 100 stars I would! Hakeem and D are the best mechanics that I have ever encountered. In my opinion even better than the Chevy dealership who couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my car. I took it to them and a diagnostic was done and Hakeem was able to tell me exactly what I needed. D got me right and I appreciate them both. Definitely will continue to do business with Prestige!!

Mickey Filipczak I have been going to Avondale Independent for 7 years. Always have excellent service, and only takes care of what needs to be taken care of. I now live in Florida, but come up here for family and friends. Have my oil changed tires rotated. If I have something going on in Florida which I havent, one time oil change Tyler said do not let them tell you anything that needs to be done, I take care of your car. And I drive a Honda so what could go wrong. And shout out to Tylers team players also. They are just as fantastic and why wouldnt they be. Thanks guys

ME Looks like a run down car lot but I will tell you bother customer service and price are well worth it. These guys have kept my vehicle running for over 9 years. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive havent had to bring my vehicle back due to any error(s) by the mechanics. Ive always been greeted kindly and shown appreciation for my patronage. The car wash service is great also. The staff hand washes, dries and waxes vehicles.
