4 /5 Khadijah Rigaud: I have attended only one service this past Sunday so I don’t want to give 5 stars yet.
This review is coming from a former church-goer that stepped away from a church in South Florida I attended for 13 years.
Details are not necessary, but I pray people open their eyes to God’s word and find a better place to worship.
So with the above mentioned, getting back into church was VERY hard for me.
I have been asking the Lord to show me where to start and where to go.
It’s important to know you must fellowship with one another and finding a Christian church was important for me.
With churches practically on every corner you turn, it’s hard to decided.
I passed by C3 Church on many occasions and my heart directed me to attend a service there every time. I kept saying to myself, “Ok, Khadijah, you need to attend a service.”
After almost 2 years of the Lord’s prompting me, my fiancée and I finally attended their 9:30am and Step 1 membership class that day.
First, before going to the church building, I went to their website where you can fill out a form to let them know you’ll be attending.
It was very nice to see they have a coffee/tea counter where you can get tea & coffee and bring it to service.
Every one was hospitable and helpful.
They gave us a beautiful gift and off to service we went.
The service was amazing and the pastor preached a powerful sermon. My fiancée and I were truly blessed.
Though they are building a larger seating area I loved the auditorium. It wasn’t overbearing and the music worship time was amazing. There were no stage smoke or theatric, just the singers and instruments.
They have membership classes the first Sunday of each month so it worked out for me to attend this class.
I wanted to know what beliefs the church stand on and this class answered every question I had prepared, all of it in this one class.
After my previous church experience, I need to hear & see the word of God in action, not a motivational speech to make me feel good and go home.
I was satisfied with what they shared and even put to action. Everyone was very engaging and I appreciated it. And before we left we were able to have a quick chat with the Lead pastor which I appreciated.
I tend to read the lowest reviews first and to find the low reviews were people that didn’t even attend the church service. So please don’t look at those “Karen” type review.
Here’s what to do, experience the service for yourself
Go to the church website, let them know you’ll be attending and if it’s a first Sunday of the month go to the Step 1 membership class (you don’t have to become a member).
To get the answers anyone looking for a church home, the Step 1 class will give those answers.
I’ll change my star rating after I’ve attended more services. Hope this helps with your decision to attend.
