5 /5 DeMarcus Roberson: Great services! I called him because I needed a new battery for my BMW, Joseph was attentive, very communicative & on time. I had my new battery and car back on the road within an hour. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for future services.

5 /5 Clayton Skinner: My car wouldn’t start so I called at 9am and was able to get one of their techs Joseph to me at 12pm and Joseph finished the repair by 3pm. He was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes as the starter. He told me the rate up front would be $475 plus the cost of the starter. Starter ended up being $220 but Joseph only ended up charging me $450 so in total I spent $670. Joseph was very courteous

1 /5 Ericka Stanley: IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 OUT OF 10 I WOULD! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I CALLED AND EXPLAINED TO THE DISPATCHER EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. INSTEAD OF THEM BEING HONEST AND SAYING WE DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK ON MERCEDES. SHE SENT A MECHANIC OUT WHO DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. UPON ARRIVAL THEY DIDNT LET ME KNOW THEY WERE THERE! I HAPPENDED TO GO OUTSIDE, AND THEY WERE ALREADY IN MY CAR. SECOND ISSUE WAS THEY DIDNT PROVIDE A DIAGNOSTIC. I ALREADY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE MY CAR WAS LEAKING FROM AND JUST NEEDED THEM TO FIX IT. THEY GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. THEY CALLED SEVERAL MECHANICS VIA PHONE ASKING THEIR OPINIONS ON WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY TOLD ME IT NEEDED TO GO TO A SHOP BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO USE A CRANE TO LIFT THE ENGINE OUT TO FIX WHERE IT WAS LEAKING. THEY PROVIDED NO FURTHER INFORMATION THAT I ALREADY DIDNT KNOW. FAST FORWARD TO DAYS LATER I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY CAR AT MY HOME WITH NO ISSUES! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LADY TRIED TO COME AT ME SAYING I WAS UPSET AND DIDNT WANT TO PAY BECAUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD. BUT THE MONEY WAS NEVER AN ISSU. IT WAS SIMPLY NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT JUST WASNT COMPLETE. 110 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN WHEN THE REPAIR INCLUDING PARTS WAS 200 DOLLARS! WHICH WE PAID WITHOUT ISSUE!

5 /5 Queen Yenn: I’ve used this service twice; for my business vehicle and personal. Both times I received exceptional service and very reasonable prices. I had been back and forth with another mechanic with my business truck, spent about $1000 and no luck. It was a one time diagnosis and same day service fix when I used this service. Just recently my battery went out in my personal vehicle which I’m positive Mercedes would’ve took forever to get me in and would’ve taxed me for it! Called this service and they had me up and going within a couple hours. Highly recommend.
