Ive been to them numerous times and they always get the job done with skill, courtesy and top tier professionalism and fair prices. I wouldnt take my car to anyone else at this point. Tickles Its been 4 years since Ive been here. I was traveling through and my wheel bearing went out. Everywhere including these guys were busy, but unlike everywhere else, they took the time to help me out in my time of need. Im from Illinois and I was stranded. I had an 01 white Monte Carlo SS. Ive been searching for them ever since to come back with my future projects. Now that Ive found them again, Im only two hours away. They not only got me in and taken care of, but they went above and beyond any mechanics Ive ever ran into. Affordable prices and explained to me what they were doing, what the problem was, how they found out what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Dennis Nash I had the pleasure of meeting Danny at Pro Transmutation on March 2025 because I had a 1992 jeep Comanche with unknown transmission problems. They checked it out analyzing and finding the multiple problems then contacted me with a detailed explanation and estimate of what the problems could cost . I agreed to it within 3 days it was determined that a few more problems were found we discussed the cost agreed then the next day it was ready for pickup. They were exact fast and extremely fair in the price. They kept me informed and did exactly what was done on the cost sheet. My truck is fixed runs excellent I could not be happier! This truck because of its age and problems was not an easy fix but they did a most professional job! I recommend these professionals they do exactly what they said Promises made Promises kept! They now have a customer for a long time! You won’t go wrong using these services! Job well done!

Wayne Wright We were passing through the area and had problems with the rear brakes on our vehicle. The desk clerk at our motel recommended Athens. I called them, they got us right in, fixed the problem and back on the road. Fair price, nice people and very pleased.
