However, after arriving the expected 15 minutes early to my appointment time, I ended up waiting nearly two hours after to be seen. The service itself was fine, but it was far overshadowed by enormous wait times and delays.
Trying to contact them outside of the office has been a nightmare also. I’ve tried to contact them for several days now to get some clarification on a medicine they gave me, but silence. I gave them a number to call me back at, and nothing. In fact, I’m on the phone right now. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes, so we’ll see if they answer the phone this time. I’m convinced they don’t even know the phone exists.
