5 /5 Aretha Brown: I had a great experience, everyone was so nice and friendly. They explain everything that I had to have done and they walked me through the process. The doctor I cant remember her name but she was African American she was the best. That was my first time going there and it was very pleasant. I would recommend everyone to go there they are awesome.

5 /5 Tommie Wimberly: Everyone was very polite and friendly. My appointment was at 5:00 p.m. and I was called back within minutes of that time. The staff was very professional. They explained everything they were going to do and why they were doi g it. They exained my x-rays and discuss what was needed to be do e to fix my mouth. I left feeling good and better about my future smile.

3 /5 Tiffany Hall: I visited Aspen Dental a couple of weeks ago. I went twice in one week (due to extreme pain). The first time was very smooth. The second experience was definitely an experience. The receptionist (lady who does and collects your pay) was very unpleasant. She told me one thing over the phone and it was a totally different situation when I arrived. I was grateful to the doctor and his aid (Ms Judy) I believe. He went ahead and attempted to pull my tooth but couldn’t. They were both extremely nice and understanding and referred me to an oral surgeon.

Im getting the results from what I was looking for and the doctor was awesome and they explained everything to my understanding. I have a few more visits but I already know that Im going to love my smile. Thanks a lot!!!

2 /5 Vonisha Stewart: Update: While my experience was great, trying to contact the office afterwards has not been so great. For some reason, my appointment to have my sutures removed and get partials (already paid for through care credit) was canceled. Ive been calling and leaving messages with no response. Im currently in another dental office trying to get the sutures removed because Im in pain. It went from discomfort to pain. I left an urgent messages stating this. Still no response. Also, I remember asking the assistant for her and the surgeons name multiple times because I was giving a great review for that visit. Im now wondering if this is why she never gave me their names.
