You can easily make an appointment online and drop off your car directly. Danny’s team is professional and did an excellent job. I also have some additional repairs and will definitely return next time.

catherine garcia-brake Clay and Kenny always have my back. I tried to be in a hurry and get our oil changed at a quick place. The other place claimed we had 2 leaks that werent there and caused a terrible leak on a second car by not tightening the screw under the oilpan. They are worth the wait.

Devin Lenz I spent a large part of my youth hanging around a Honda service center that a friend of my parents owned in Alpharetta. I learned a lot about automotive maintenance and what it’s like to operate that kind of business. When I started driving a Civic in 2021, I looked for the best Honda mechanics in the Atlanta area. Far East Motorworks was at the top of list. My experience with their maintenance and repair work has been consistently excellent. When you’re running a car-service business, customer trust is just as important as mechanical expertise. Far East excels in both of these areas.

Matt Dembicki Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Needed to renew my tag but my car failed emissions twice. Had two sensors (O2 and EVAP) that failed for readiness. No recent work done and the car had been driven plenty so I was stumped. Tried the drive cycle and still couldn’t make it work. Had several other mechanics basically tell me “keep driving it” or that it was going to be an expensive replacement. Took it here for an oil change and asked them to see what they could do about the sensors. Couple hours later they let me know that they had been able to get the sensors “ready” and my car passed emissions. They got it done when most shops wouldn’t even try and gave me a great price to boot. If you need ANY work done just bring it here first and don’t waste your time like I did. You won’t want to go anywhere else after.

Brii Davis This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.

Danielle I had a great experience with North Atlanta Automotive. They were fast, friendly, and reliable. The owner went out of his way to meet me on Saturday (closed day) to pick up my car. Jonathan Omps Mark Duncan is the reason for many Atlanta folks being able to keep their cherished older vehicles on the road. I have used and trusted Mark for easily 20 years starting back when he was over on Howell Mill. He is extremely fair on prices and completes repairs on time and is reliable. Ill brag about him to anyone who asks and happy he has stuck to it this long.

Chuck E. The customer service was great and knowledgeable. The air conditioner on my 1999 Jeep went out when the weather was in the 90s. It was in the shop getting repair for 2 days. The cost was very reasonable. The air conditioner is working great. Most places I called wouldnt work on it vehicles older than 201 because customers doesnnt maintain thei vehicles. They are afraid that people wouldnt pick up the vehicles once they find out about the cost of any repairs. So I told them I would bring in my repairs records for the last 2 years. Once the air conditioner was working, I asked if they would continue to repaired the Jeep. So I will used them for all my repairs.
