Gerald Cummings Honest & did excellent work. I am very happy with the repairs. Just need to follow up with customer to give updates on when the car will be ready. My car was not ready as promised due to them starting the repair work late and not calling to inform me. My car sat in their shop for a couple of days before they started the repair work. I had to call to get updates.

James Cordell This place of business was very exceptional and affordable. They handle my issue with my car very well and within a fast manner. The lady at the front desk offered amazing services and the front lobby was very comfortable. I was able to watch tv during my wait and staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to get me back rolling and also gave me advice on other issues with my car and recommend preventive maintenance. Jalyssa Lopez I took my car to Firestone originally to get my car fixed because of an oil leak... over $1k later my car was actually worse. I decided to take my car to Big H Care Auto Repair and so far its been fixed and driving great! I would say that the price was lower than I had paid other places which is great. The best thing to me was the customer service! I dont usually write any reviews but the service I received was polite, helpful, and kind. Best personal service from any business around here.
