1 /5 Amber Gicker: The owner’s wife is extremely disrespectful and rude. As soon as my boyfriend pulled into the empty parking lot, she immediately came outside yelling at him. He was no where in the wrong, but she kept going on and on. He repeatedly apologized to her saying it was nothing but an honest mistake. Even after we thought she was done, she came back yelling at him not once, but twice. If asked respectfully, he would’ve had no issue moving spots for her..Even though he was blocking absolutely nothing from happening at the time. After reading other reviews based on her behavior, it’s quite sad how she continues to treat customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable/unprofessional no matter what the circumstances are. She could’ve handled this way differently, but the first resort should never be yelling at anyone.

1 /5 Ari P: I visited this shop to obviously have a car worked on yet I was treated with the utmost disrespect as a paying customer. It was an older model car therefore I expected extensive issues. From day three of having my car fixed, the service advisor, Tina Lewis, showed obvious signs of passive aggression, impatience, and ignorance. She harassed me with multiple phone calls and when asked to stop or have someone else communicate, she instead cussed me out and ended the call. I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with them from that point. Her professionalism is nonexistent and her inability to separate her personal emotions from business will be the reason that a lot of great opportunities walk away from AC Auto. If the option to give a third of one star was available, I would happily do so and never return. Thank you!
