Jimmie Johnson Good service the first time. Problem still continued after paying $450. Came back again n now same problem cost my son $500 plus. Still overheating and notes said that additional work would be. another $460. Long story short took it to another “trustworthy” mechanic and he FIXED it with a $20 part. SMH. These guys were taking advantage of my college son because he was young. SHAME ON YALL!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME … GOD IS NOT PLEASED AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL NOT PROSPER BY RIPPING FOLKS OFF THIS WAY!!!

Juice Booth Terrible experience quoted 150 then charged 470dollars for unfinished work, treated me like dirt. Guy refuses to fix it after 5 minutes gone to test drive. I even still have wiper hose that they put on as gas hose. Frozen and brittle. They shouldnt be able to do this to good people. Guy refused to even let me see it and before I paid the bill.the first and last time it drove was leaving the lot n I had to get a tow back to him . Try to leave it for an overhaul M paid later when I pick it up guy refused to give me a refund and hold the vehicle until job is Finnish guy even started ignoring me and closed the business down around me. I have never been so disrespected humiliated and mistreated in my life I would never send someone to this guy He is definitely a dangerous person to trust with your safety

Lance Pierce Customer service is top notch but they keep selling me the wrong parts which is why Im leaving a three star review. I will try NAPA again in the future but not until the parts accuracy improves!

R Sears The Smiths are two of the kindest, most humble people you will ever have the opportunity to do business with. Mr. Charlie is an encyclopedia of knowledge. I have always been amazed that he knows where everything is in his shop and what needs to be done with each item. Ive never left when I didnt feel as I owed more than I was charged.

Keith E. Floyd Great shop for mechanical only diesel injection pump repairs performed with honesty. Being a small shop, may not be the fastest but with very good advice, knowledge, and honest work.

Ariana Bencic I had hit a char-broil grill on the highway at 80mph. I was 6 hours from home coming back from Disney with my kids. Body Shop of Americus took this job on as my insurance dictated where it went. Right from the beginning Holly was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my situation. They called me and kept me informed through the whole process. They fixed my car in a timely manner and I was so pleased with the results! My vehicle was tore up underneath and they got EVERYTHING working back to 100%. My 6 hour drive home when I picked it up felt like nothing ever happened to it! And the exterior...looks like brand new. I highly recommend this collision shop. They were wonderful to work with.

Ms.Felton I was referred to this company by someone. However I paid for my service upon receiving my vehicle it was scratched up. They had to remove my bumper to fix my light. I explained the scratch on my car in which I was questioned twice as if I made it up. However I was told they would take my word and buff it out. They didn’t buff it out and they created another scratch on my car. No respect or accountability. I will never use their service again. If you are a woman do not go without your husband or boyfriend they won’t own up to mistakes or respect your property that you work hard to obtain. 3/13/25
