Trait My dad took my truck up there to help me out today. I wanted my brakes checked because I thought I needed new pads. They checked my brakes and said I didn’t need any. You don’t find too many businesses anymore that are honest. It’s about time for me some tires. I will definitely be getting them from there because of your honesty. I appreciate you.

Brad Swope I called the Hillcrest location before I came to Dublin to confirm they could swap over some tires. Even told the guy I’m in a hurry and need to get in the road. Guy who answered told me yeah bring it in we can go ahead and get to it. Brought it in and have sat over an hour and the truck hasn’t been touched.

Robert Rothermel So I called and was able to get to their shop after a trailer rejection at Westrock 10 miles away and arrived at the shop and met the owners (a couple) who were great and got me repaired in about an hour, the repair guy was great too. Everyone was courteous and professional, got me repaired and bill was settled in about an hour like I said earlier, they even entertained me griping about my truck owner..lol..they were great and I recommend them if youre in need of a repair in the area. Mine was a spot of the moment issue and from initial phone call to pulling out fixed was just under 1.5 to 2 hrs maybe.. thanks guys

Colton Lee Guys did a great job! They got great relationship with parts guys. Got my parts in a quickly. Once parts showed up they had me pull in the shop! 1 hour later paid up and was on the road. Rates cheaper than most truck shops around. Car hauler friendly parking lot!

Alyssa Bridges Messed up my TPMS sensor. Never had any issues until I brought my car here about a month or two ago for a tire patch. All was well, then about 3-4 days after patching my tire pressure light comes on. Now it is just on and stays on.. can be expensive to fix so I guess all I can say is I won’t be doing my business here anymore.

Big Bay Williams As a new customer, I called this auto shop for a quote on labor cost for installation of a new motor in my car. The customer service i received was horrible, unacceptable, & racist. Both personale & one of the mechanics was considerably rude & showed no interest in quoting me because of my black voice. I stated I was calling around to different shops for quotes in hopes for the best work at the best price. This mechanic I spoke with stated there was no need to continue the talk of pricing or conversation because he wasnt cheap. I stated I still was interested in the quote for the labor because I can purchase a brand new motor & everything else that was needed for the job. He still didnt give me the quote for his labor. The tone in his voice as he spoke with me & the way he stated certain words lead me to believe he didnt think I could afford his work. I pulled $3000 out of my account this morning to jump start the process of fixing the car. This mechanical shop will never receive any of my business nor recommendations for future services. Jason Scarborough Great local business. Very honest and great service . Two other places in town wanted to charge me for a new engine $10,000+. Rodney knew this and found and fixed my problem for only $85. He could of easily charged me $2500 and I would of been happy ! Honesty is a rare quality now and days . Malcolm I got a tire patched there for my truck last year, dropped it off and picked it up after work. Good job and not expensive, recently I needed a tire fixed for my girlfriends car and the price had doubled. I understand inflation but a 100% increase in a year, I think I was had and wont be going there anymore.

Richard Davis I had a great experience here getting a patch on popped tire. I had zero wait (on a busy Saturday) before they started. Tim and Wade were efficient. Helped me unload the popped tire, identified the hole, patched it quickly, put the tire back on my car for no extra charge. Prices are great — $20 for the whole repair. This is also a very ‘Dublin’ spot.. you can kinda feel the history of the town.

Jennifer Howell Mr. Shane is an awesome man. Had a problem at hometown supply with the tire. Needless to say had to drive it to Mr Shanes with one lug nut holding it on. Had just bought a tire at hometown supply but they broke a lug nut and then was going to charge me to fix it. But one of Mr Shanes guys went and bought lug nuts for me and another one of his guys put them on for me. Hopefully these men are blessed because they sure blessed me. Kindness goes a long way when people acutually use it. Thanks to Mr Shane and his guys Shanes Body Shop. And I had an awesome time while I waited talking with them all.

Bracewell Loranda “LADYBUG” I dont normally complain or give bad reviews. My personal experience was not handled with professional courtesy. Several issues for complaint with work performed. The one that maybe stood out most was the $75 diagnosis report, they could not give me a copy or send to have a record on file. (The 3 year warranty on previous rebuild was null and void ). They didnt have that in the system for the record.

I had dealerships trying to make me pay over $8000. I paid $1400 and it runs like new. Sometimes they are hard to get ahold of but be patient. They are worth the wait!! I’m very happy!!! shoyle vickers Its too early to tell about the quality of the work weve only had time to drive a few miles. Everything seems fine so far. My issue is when I ask for a quote to get a repair done I expect to pay that price when I pick up my vehicle. I was quoted one price and I verified the price. I was also asked on a separate occasion what price I had been quoted and nothing was said to contradict that quote but when I went to pick up my vehicle the price had increased by $300. When I questioned the increase I was told very coldly that was the price I would be charged. Upon returning home I checked my notes and I had written along with my notes the price I had told her. I know what I heard and I know what I wrote. I could have accepted a $50 or less increase plus tax but $300 was a bit much on top of being called a liar. I normally dont do reviews but besides not using this business again I felt the need to. No offense to the owner or mechanics just the front office help.

China lewis Awesome place, quick service, friendly service but these days,with the economy soring!!..this place has still kept their reasonable pricees...they absorb any lost!!! not the customers!!!!..come check them out!!!I bring both my vehicles here...and i stay in MCRAE GA... they are located in EAST DUBLIN GA.. thats a hour and fifteen minute drive...to bring my car here... Now let that speak for its self!!!

Gods Chosen one One of the worst places ever to get your car fixed. Had some work done to my car. Took it to get an alignment and they noticed that some of the parts that was put on by Xpress Lube had a defect in it. I took it back to Xpress Lube because I had a warranty on my parts and was told that I would get a phone call letting me know when to bring it back to get the parts replaced. They did not want to do the work. Its been about two months and still havent received a phone call yet. I was told by Xpress Lube that the parts was "fine" and nothing was wrong with them. After get my car "fixed" it squeaked very back which it was not doing before I took it. This is the worst place ever! IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR, DONT TAKE IT HERE! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF TOO. LIARS AND SCAMMERS!
