1 /5 Rah Butter: Do not go with this company if you want an agent that communicates, follows up and returns phone calls. I have been trying to get an insurance policy for my second business for over two months. This is not the first time I have had this experience. I should also mention that a few years ago, I ended up having to call my insurance carrier directly to handle an issue over the renewal of my business insurance as my policy lapsed without my knowledge. I initially asked WMW to handle it however it was not taken care of, thus I had to do it myself. If anything had happened in that time period I would not have have any coverage for my business. I have tried to be patient and I am beyond frustrated at this point. I don’t know if anyone else has had the same experience but mine has not been a good one. As a business owner, my time is valuable (as is theirs, I would assume) and after the 5th time calling in, I have to wonder how much more it’s going to take in order to get something done. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as everyone has times that get busy and things fall through the cracks temporarily, etc., but for me, this has been the norm, and unless you like repeatedly calling your agent to get anything done, I would choose another company.
