After bit, the manager came over and inquired if there was anything she could do to help. Shes was very helpful and between her and Dom, we found the perfect set of ear rings for my mother-in-law. The engagement ring we customized was perfect and at a competitive price but what really stands out to me is that after Id already ordered and paid, I realized Id made a mistake in my request... Mark was incredibly gracious in working with me to make the last-minute change and still deliver the ring ahead of schedule. My fiancé loves her ring and I see myself coming to Marquis in the future.
