The workouts are fun, energizing, and different every time, which keeps me motivated. The staff is ELITE!!! They are intentional, supportive, and encouraging. They take the time to know you personally and cheer you on every step of the way. Working out used to feel like a dreaded task… now it’s one of my favorite parts of the day. Michelle Cortes Fantastic gym! The equipment here is top-notch!!!! Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help out or answer questions. I love that it’s open 24/7, which makes it super convenient no matter my schedule. The sauna is a great bonus, too, perfect way to relax after a workout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality gym experience!

Judah Martinez Just enrolled Friday first day in today This is a great gym, its clean and well maintained It has all the basic and well known machines. The machines are not new but they all work just great. I rather go to a gym thats clean and maintained than a newer gym thats let go and staff is not interestest in their roles. The owner is a freindly, great guy and they have a bunch of programs for everyone. Certainly a place for everybody with a great culture.

One of the main reasons I love coming here is the gym community. There’s a genuine sense of camaraderie, with everyone supporting each other. It’s not just the members, but the staff too—everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel like you’re not on this fitness journey alone. Jodie, in particular, has been amazing—so positive, encouraging, and incredibly helpful!
