2 /5 Ben: Been a customer of Hank Chitwood Agency for nearly 20 years. Since "Mallory" took over, never heard from him once. Always heard directly from Hank 1-2 times per year. First time I had any direct correspondence from "Mallory" was October of 2023 he emailed us to say we would be losing a defensive driver discount. He made errors in who was who in my family and which one of us needed to complete it. It was very confusing, especially since he said it was listed that we had completed the course. If you are looking for the "personal touch" of a small town insurance agency and any semblance of professionalism from the agent, look elsewhere. When I told Mallory that I would most likely look for new insurance after this, his response was "Please do".
Im afraid this has just become an extension of a national chain insurance company that makes you jump through hoops to get their "discounts" and then cant keep up with how to apply them. No longer a customer after 20 years and that makes me sad for what Hank built.
