Linda Theus My salesperson, Kathy, was not only knowledgeable of diamonds, she shared the pros and cons, listened to the customer (me) and was patient! I told her to tell Janet she was a GREAT salesperson! We spent at least an hour looking at various options. In the end, I wanted to think about the decision and told her I’d return in a couple of days. Kathy called me the second day and I was still not sure and told her I’d be in the next day. I thought about it and headed to the store and I told her I was ready to make the purchase!
