Haley Gazerro I tried pilates with the reformer for the first time in Nicoles class. It was a wonderful experience and she really made me feel comfortable. My body is sore all over in the best way possible. Im looking forward to many more classes and working on my form. Im really excited that Cartersville finally has a pilates reformer studio.

Janice Hughey Powerhouse 306 is a great gym with a big variety of machines and clean workout equipment. The people at the front are always pleasant & helpful, and I feel safe after hours in the gym. Cameras everywhere. The key fob allows you access to work out anytime. There are various group classes to choose from!

Whitney We have been going here since October. The staff is great. They are wonderful. We are moving in June and they were so easy to work with when canceling our membership. This is definitely the best gym in Cartersville. They have a variety of equipment and a lot of different classes each day to attend. My husband and I loved it. We will continue to go until we move next month.

Karla Vazquez If you are looking to workout this is a great place to do it, they have Zumba classes and boot camp available. They also have delicious protein smoothies, teas and protein coffee.

Chris Fitzgerald Great atmosphere with an unbeatable selection of equipment you won’t find at other gyms in the area. The 24/7 member access makes it easy to train on my own schedule and really put in the work. The owners are always improving the space and making sure it’s a top-notch environment for members to train hard and feel motivated. All around great place to train and gets me out of my garage gym when I want to use the cool equipment that I dont have access to at home.

Veronica Medina Pulso is truly a place that everyone is treated like family. They have a variety of classes to take! Don’t make it to the classes? Don’t worry they also have a weight area to workout. I always recommend the Dance Fitness classes that are on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday! You get a workout in, all while having fun!

Mnq Princess (Princess Mnq) I came to Skylar a month ago experiencing back spasms from sciatica, RA, and degenerative discs. The exercise routines Skylar constructs are not only effective for building strength and body structure, but are modifiable to accommodate any discomfort or pain I may feel. We started slowly, and over time, with good form, I have not had to use any modifications and I have been able to push through soreness. A month later, my muscle mass has increased a great deal and the way my clothes fit tell the physical progress Ive made. I am ecstatic about how far Ive come in such a short time and look forward to continuing for greater results going forward. I highly recommend Premiere Personal Training to anyone that is looking to be stronger and more fit internally and externally. I am an army veteran and very self motivated, however having a personal trainer to check for right form and execution of the exercises makes all the difference in the world.
