Made lovely conversation the entire time I was there. They made sure I tried my watch on to make sure it fit perfectly and if it didn’t they took it back to adjust, no rush at all. David Bowers Great customer service and quality jewelry repair. My wife brought her ring in to have a diamond replaced and prongs repaired. The work was done quickly at a great price. They also checked the prongs on her other rings and cleaned them at no charge.
