John Paggett Amir gave us a great deal on a bracelet and earrings we were purchasing for my mother. He was very hospitable and attentive as soon as we walked in to the store. Here’s the kicker. He had a higher KT gold bracelet I had previously bought from another shop with more weight and a better price. Will recommend Tribeca diamonds to anyone looking for jewelry! He took care of cleaning all of my jewelry in a timely manner (it was quite a bit to clean), helped try to clean a few pieces that I needed help with and also sent off two pieces for repair with ease. He’s a great asset to the team - very respectful, kind and pays attention to detail. Glad to work with him any time in the future.
