1 /5 Sarai Middleton: Waste of time. I just went in to pawn two items. My $800 Canon camera and my 8 ram HP laptop. I felt most uncomfortable with the rep. I was told they could not accept it because that camera was from 2015. It’s still valued at $899 today. Then, we were told they already have a lot of laptops. They could give $60. What an insult. We were just pawning it, not selling it. We were coming back for it. The rep had a disconnected demeanor the entire interaction. The female that was in there was customer service forward though and seems to care about her customers needs.
