1 /5 Reginald Jenkins: This insurance agent has horrible customer service. Cam will tell you one price for insurance, and your credit card will be charged a completely different price. You have to call the office several times to try to get Cam to rectify the issue. Sometimes it can take Cam a few weeks just to return your phone call, and then we he does finally give you a call, or you call again, and finally get in contact with him. He makes it seem like he is doing you a favor. When he is the agent providing you coverage. He will give you an excuse, after excuse for why he was not able to call you back for weeks. He is not professional. I am not faulting AllState Insurance as a whole. I am simply pointing out the fact that this agent is incompetent at doing his job. Definitely think twice before making a decision about seeking insurance with this agent. I do not want you to be in the situation that I am in. Also I want you to know that I am not making this review out of ill intentions, or to be malicious. I have tried to work with Cam several times to resolve any issues with my policy, and every time I think the problem has been resolved. The next month, or few months another issue presents itself. Get you a agent that will answer, and return your phone calls. Communication is the best key to start the process of correcting any problem.
