Never sharing my story of that time with my wife, children, family and friends. I was told by American Forien Legend to contact with The Bourne Alliance Group. Parking on there lot for a long time before going inside. Walking threw those doors was the hardest time ever to share my military experience. 1 /5 Alexa Oakes: We made an appointment for 3:30, showed up at 3:35 and the office was locked and nobody answered the phone. We made the appointment about 2 weeks in advanced and I tried contacting at least three times since we made the appointment and no one ever got back to me. I understand things happen, but communication is key.

Ro meet with us to fully understand our veteran’s disability claim needs, assisted with filing the claim, kept us updated with information and coached us throughout the process. Her assistance was truly valuable in obtaining the increase we probably should have received years ago.
