tammy lee I brought 3 rings into Morgan Jewelers that I wanted to combine and make one ring (the rings meant the world to me and has so much sentimental value.) Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago. I would recommend Morgan Jewelers to anyone. Everyone who works at Morgan Jewelers is knowledgeable and patient. Angie and Jim have a customer and a friend for life. I didnt cry at the store when I picked the ring up but I cried when I got in the car all the way home because it is beautiful and it means so very much to me. I couldn’t think them enough

Amanda Pangelinan I came here to have my wedding set soldered because I got tired of it slipping around and having to fix it. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It was soldered, cleaned, and had a fresh coating of rhodium, and it turned out amazing. Price was $400 less than Kays quoted. I also had a stone in a knuckle cocktail ring replaced and a closure for a bracelet fixed. I cant believe how inexpensive it was to have all this done. They were friendly and efficient, and I got my things back in 4 business days. I can not recommend Pauls Jewelry enough. We had to wait a little for service. It was a Saturday morning. The wait was because people know how good they are, and it was totally worth it.

He took care of cleaning all of my jewelry in a timely manner (it was quite a bit to clean), helped try to clean a few pieces that I needed help with and also sent off two pieces for repair with ease. He’s a great asset to the team - very respectful, kind and pays attention to detail. Glad to work with him any time in the future.

Mel Losey Incredible customer service, kind, knowledgeable, and quick! We had very old rings (3, 2 bands and an engagement ring) that needed to be resized and they were straightforward about any potential risk and explained the entire process. After they finished the rings, bear in mind they were finished way faster than expected, they looked brand-new. The previous owner was astounded by how beautiful everything turned out, and made a comment on how they never knew the one wedding band was so shiny. Even though the rings were a little more risky with their age, the Jewelry Shoppe made it happen and were thrilled to be able to use rings with over 50 years of love already in them. Absolutely recommended!
