As soon as I stepped in the store and explained the mishap Ms. Carrie got to work and worked her magic. I was able to walk out of the store with my gift same day. Cassidy I did a Silk Press in February of this year at Kalieai Salon and Spa suite 204 by stylist Kisha B, and it was soft, beautiful. Linda Theus My salesperson, Kathy, was not only knowledgeable of diamonds, she shared the pros and cons, listened to the customer (me) and was patient! I told her to tell Janet she was a GREAT salesperson! We spent at least an hour looking at various options. In the end, I wanted to think about the decision and told her I’d return in a couple of days. Kathy called me the second day and I was still not sure and told her I’d be in the next day. I thought about it and headed to the store and I told her I was ready to make the purchase!
