Bank of Dudley - Dublin (GA)

MrCoconut09 My Mom used to use this bank and we trally like Angela Joiner in customer service. She answered every question we had and explained things in an easy to understand manner. She is also very likable, yet professional.

Shelley Janes Katie and Brittany went above and beyond to get my account setup and showed me everything all within my 30 minute lunch break! I highly recommend this branch!

LaTonya Yesterday Opened a new account a few weeks ago. The opening deposit went into the wrong account as it was not available in my account until later the next week-noted the deposit slip had a line drawn over the acct number with a different handwritten number below the original one. Over 1 week later my bank cards still hadnt arrived. No communication from the bank either time, I initiated the calls. Ended with me just closing the account, since no one seemed to care about the handling of my funds, nor having my business as a new customer. Sorry to know that a bank with such a longstanding relationship within the community could make these careless mistakes. But the indifferent attitude & failure to attempt to make things right speaks volumns, and is at best, disappointing.

Kina White 1st Laurens Bank is an awesome bank to establish financial worthiness. I walked in, explained what I needed, and Mr. Stan Carr took time to help me. No other hometown bank in Dublin did that! If you are serious about getting your finances on track and building with a reputable institution, 1st Laurens is YOUR bank! Gods Chosen one Manager is very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud mouth, and disrespectful. Her and the other lady that work there talks about customers in front of other customers. Both of them seem like drama queens because they always talking about somebody and other stuff that has nothing to do with their job. I did call for the guy that works there and the suppose to be manager answered the phone while still talking to someone else and said that he was with a customer. I called back a few minutes later, she answered the phone again while still talking to someone else and said he was at lunch. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want or need money, go somewhere else. If they keep this kind of attitude and unprofessional mess up, they will be out of business if the right people see it and hear it.
