Lizi Not a good place

chloe bailey very unprofessional service. showed them a picture of what i wanted done and the lady said okay. she told me to pick out my colors but then complained that i picked “too many”. she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam down 4 colors that i did not choose and claimed that they were the ones i showed her (they were drastically different). when i offered to show her the picture again for reference, she yanked my phone out of my hands and claimed that she couldn’t do designs. i ended up leaving without getting my nails done due to all the disrespect.

Gina Ables They were so awesome I had a very busy day and totally forgot to get my nails done I went in at 10 to 15 minutes before they close and my wedding was the next day and they really was polite enough to stay behind and do my nails for me and my toes they did such an awesome job I was very pleased and very happy

Madison Dunn The lady rushed so fast, the acrylic she was applying was goopy and falling off the edges. the french tip was also just done bad and not what i asked for. the nails started popping off the very next day. please save your money and find another place to get your nails done

Nicole Jennifer (Jenni) I didnt give them 5 stars because they have a policy that they are not allowed to have a round brush. How can you offer a service that totally disregards a certain geographic? I have curly hair, and you can not cut it wet or when its not blown out. My stylist was very nice and kept apologizing for the policy.

Classy Cancer69 Tasha is always nice and has always had a great personality. She takes her time and she is very patient at her craft. I highly recommend her. Thanks chicka!!!

Monica Clark Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. For the first time Ive went to a salon and told them what I wanted and actually got it, no questions asked, no excuses. Hair on the square is now my new hair salon! I love this place, Thank you!!!

summer porter I think Jolie nails do a great job with their nails. However I just had the worst experience and I will never return and tell everyone to avoid this place. We made an appointment for 3 PM on Saturday, for 3 pedicures and manicures and a 3 year old just polish. He sounded annoyed on the phone that I was making an appointment for 4 people, but I thought appointments were encouraged. We had to get gas so we were late, walked in at 3:09 and he told us that he gave our appointment away so we’d have to wait, that’s okay. But even doctors offices had a 15 minute grace period. We sat and sat, 3 people came in AFTER us and they were seated within minutes. He came up to us at 3:55 after having us wait since 3:10 and told us to come back another day. I went to A-nails by Osaka and was sat down immediately.

CASEY This place deserves zero stars. This establishment is racist and very discriminatory. I’ve only been here twice and each time the service was horrible. I will not go into detail on them being racist but don’t be black and gay is all I’ll say.

DeeAnn Demery I went before Halloween on 10/24/20 to get a pedicure and SNS nails, i was not happy bc by Nov.4th which is not even a week and my nails just popped off and i dont care how short theyre, SNS is not supposed to do that they have lasted Me 3-4 weeks (month or even longer) before. New lady i havent seen her before did my nails. NOT HAPPY ESPECIALLY WHEN I Paid $62.00. This was my 1st BAD experience since Ive been going to Jolies Nails which is some 5+ years if not longer.

Elizabeth Seib The owner John AMAZING !!! He was detailed and made sure each nail was taken care of , he even gave me tips on how to soften my cuticles ! I had to go back and get my nails fixed and John did just that ! And he was so professional about it. Thank you John so so so much ! John , Ben , MeeMee are ones I highly recommend !!! John being #1 ! I will now only use him ! And I will wait until he has an appointment available if I have to !

Tiffany Mickle My appointment was set for 5:30. At almost 6 I was finally acknowledged for my pedicure with my granddaughter. We wanted our toes separate colors with the same color heart on our big toe. My nails were barely shaped and were then painted. I asked for the heart and the guy tried to paint it three times messing up and adding layers of paint on top of each other to cover the mess up. He then stopped and went and sat next to the lady doing my granddaughters pedicure. After she was done with my granddaughter she came over to me and started to sit down and do the heart when I told her the paint was bubbled. I had to explain several times that the 5 layers of paint was wavy and bubbled up on my big toe. The paint was redone and then he spent another 20 min trying to get the heart on and dotted paint I didn’t ask for around what was suppose to be a heart. Mine and my granddaughters toes were full of paint around the edges and for two pedicures I paid $67. I’m sorry to say I’ve never not left a tip but I didn’t this place. I will never be back. I hate I wasted money that I didn’t have extra to make a memory with my granddaughter to be this disappointed. I will not recommend anyone go there and make sure others know what happened so they don’t spend their hard earned money for a disaster.

How To Ghetto This place I used to go every few weeks and I loved this place but I’m starting to want to go somewhere else because it seems they are on the cheap side and don’t use the a/c so I’m always sweating in there. SUPER HOT when it’s hot out and all they do is leave the front door open. Wish they’d have it cooler in there with some a/c. Also sometimes feel like they talk about me in their own language. And there’s these like 3 or 4 older ladies pretty sure I heard their names being Kim, T or tea, katy, and helin they are very loud when they talk in their native language. I come here to relax but it feels like I’m in a party with people basically yelling. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again honestly.

Jovon McGill She’s so sweet & patient with my baby, she takes her time and fulfill all my needs when it comes to Sky. I love the fact that she gives me advice on how to treat my puppy, I recommend Leigh for your pets grooming.

Kenneth Corbin Excellent place. Leigh loves the dogs that come to get groomed. it shows she takes her time.
