Kenwabikise Danielle I had great friendly service here, plus my nails look amazing! My favorite part was NOT BEING RUSHED! They are so patient and very attentive to the customers requests. On this particular Day I had Li Li and Alec. I highly recommend them both!

Beauti FAHT I have never had pretty hands and feet. Ive been a lot of places and been getting my nails done for over 30 years, and Ive never found a place to make my nails as healthy as they are now. Most people dont even believe they are my natural nails. Whatever S&S products they use keep my nails very healthy. Even my feet are starting to look better. The people in here are very interpersonal and genuinely friendly. They will actually give you what you ask for instead of what they want you to have. Finally found a nail home after all this time.

Kayla Banda Literally the worse set of nails I’ve ever gotten. First she cut my nails to the nub of my fingers when I specifically said I don’t want any length cut off before applying acrylics. Second she cut me with the nail file and pretended like it didn’t happen when she saw the cut. On top of everything else these nails lasted barely a week. The last set I had done at Innovations In hartwell lasted well over a month and a half and could have lasted longer had they of not grown out so far. These nails are chipping and literally falling off after almost a week. Will NOT return. Worst $60 ever spent.

Beauti FAHT The gentleman that did my nails did a horrible job. Not only was his work sloppy but he treated me like he hated I was even there. I honestly did not want to even put up this bad review but every time I look at my nails I get upset. If he doesnt like his craft he should change it. It was my first time there so he had nothing to be upset with me about. Yet he treated me like I did. I am used to being treated differently from other people at nail salons but this was awful.

Nevaeh C It wasn’t bad until she did the design. She didn’t clean the dotting tool so colors are mixed and the design in a bow is just a blurry mess. Not to pleased. (First photo is what I got second is what I asked for)

cam_faith 127 awesome nails! they’ve held up quite well and they turned out just how i wanted them to! it was a little more expensive than I expected but it is okay—they look great! turned out just like the inspo pic I asked about! i’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them :) the actual manicure process was a little rough pain wise but I personally have always found getting acrylics to be a bit painful anyway so take it with a grain of salt. good service, did not have to wait at all!

Tasha Martin Will never go back. The black SNS was done and she went over it with a nail drill that was t supposed to be used and made scratch marks all over it. The glitter nail bed lines look like a child did it. This was $65 and I’m so unhappy. I told her the lines are not right and she just huffed at me.. she left it all over my skin and didn’t even go back under my nails to get the extra off. It was the worst experience ever.

taylor saxon Trish and Maggie are wonderful! I’m always so happy with my nails here. They both are great with designs. I never feel rushed like some salons have made me feel!

Kelsey Johnson Savvy Nails is the absolute best! Trish is so wonderful and so sweet. I’m always so excited to go and get my nails done. I recommend them to everyone and I always get so many compliments on my nails!

Amanda Ruch Trish did my nails and is amazing. I showed her 4 pictures and she combined them. Most of the time I just go in there and let them pic. Im never disappointed! Maggie does my moms and she loves them.

Barbara Bozeman I have been using this salon since moving to Hartwell. David is the best nail tech Ive ever used. I get gel, and the way he does it, they have never come off. The color selection is also great. Dont expect to walk in, though. He is appointment only because he stays that busy. He is Hartwells best kept Secret.

CJ Powell Complete hack job of a hair cut. The woman barely speaks English. I showed a picture of exactly what I was looking for in a cut ( I’ll post below the cut I asked for ). She cuts easily an inch over what I’m asking and the layers were just her taking scissors and sliding them down my dry hair completely destroying my hair. Absolutely Horrible. Do not go here if you care about your hair.

Parton Kenneth “BearClaw” After close to 30 yrs of shaving m head, I have decided to let it grow back. I got it trimmed and shaped up. I also went from full 6 inch beard to a goatee. I havent one bad thing to say about my trip. Great cut. Good conversation, great atmosphere. Im new to the area, but I can say I found my new hair lady. Descent prices for what I had done. From now on once a mth for me just to maintain fresh tips and good health hair habits.

Riddhi Patel I don’t think I’ve ever gotten more compliments on my nails! TD saw my inspiration photo and got to work. The silver chrome over the classic French tip is beautifully executed, but even more impressive is the short rounded almond shape! 10/10!!

Bonnie McDonald I had the best experience at here for my birthday celebration! They not only made my nails look amazing but also helped me get concert-ready with the perfect color. The atmosphere was so welcoming. I left feeling pampered and confident, ready to enjoy my special day. Highly recommend!

Mary-Blake Whittington I called to make an appointment for 2 SNS and 1 pedicure. When my family got there, the woman I talked to immediately became argumentative saying that on the phone she asked me how many people we had and I apparently had said we had two people. I don’t remember her asking how many people we had and if she did I must have just not understood her. When I tried to talk to her about it, she began ignoring me and shaking her head. She then started trying to talk to me again and telling me I had to wait to get my nails done (as if I was gonna stay there after she yelled at me for a misunderstanding). I immediately called Sky Nails down the street, and they were so much kinder. I have never been to a nail salon where someone had been so immature and disrespectful, especially with it being our first time there. If I could do 0 stars, I would!
