Tamara J Went to get my eyebrows done and I naturally have thick eyebrows and the person who worked on my eyebrows was a younger girl who asked before hand did I want a natural arch which confused me when I already have an arch & just needed a clean up. I said okay not thinking too much of it or that the lady was inexperienced but she ended up literally threading off the entire end of my eyebrow and tried to tell me there was a gap when in fact it wasn’t especially after I showed her pictures of my face from beforehand. She then proceeded to try and offer me a free service the next time I came like there would be a next time. Of course I told her that wouldn’t work because there was no next time and my eyebrow is messed up right now.

Stephanie Hawkins I did a class with Ms. T.Queen and she has Inspired me to go ahead and open up my mobile wax company… she answer all my questions and still Available for any questions or any concerns that I have and I will use her for anything else or another class she’s wonderful very experience and a queen

Mrs. Carpenter First I want to say that she has so much patience. I went for a Brazilian wax. I’m not a fan of pain so I don’t handle it well but Tara went over and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. She’s very personable, genuine and caring. I highly recommend her!

Madhuri Mehta Belina is very professional and friendly. I was in loft #8 and it was clean(sterilized as per COVID guidelines). We had good conversation and spent wonderful time with her. Her technique of using wax is amazing(it wasn’t that hurtful) I would like to go back for the services and recommend it too :)

Sarah Arogeti I had an appointment the other morning at 11:30 at the salon lofts and Reynoldstown in Atlanta Georgia. I received a confirmation text via the salon lofts automated service that my appointment was confirmed. When I showed up that morning to the appointment I texted my beautician if I was able to come upstairs. I did not receive a reply for over 10 minutes. I then called the beautician multiple times and finally after the fourth attempt she picked up and said that she no longer works for the loft. I went upstairs to confirm she was not there and her salon was completely empty. I found no phone number to call for anyone to assist me. I had to urgently call other salons in the area for assistance. I did eventually find a customer support email. I emailed them, but they were of no help. First telling me that the beautician in question wasn’t on the website, even though I still saw she was available to be booked. I reached back out again and they said customer support would contact me. They still did not reach out days later so I circled back. I finally received an email from customer support telling me they took the beautician off the site but offered no apology and told me to reach out to the loft owner (who no longer works there). Beyond frustrated. I will not be returning back.

Tim B Salon Next is an exceptional haircut experience from start to finish. From making an appointment to paying when it’s done, every minute feels both luxurious AND comfortable at the same time. Abby White This salon is really great, easy to get to and has lots of services. They have very flexible hours and the whole salon is very clean. I have been dying my hair for years and Brie has transformed my color into something more maintainable and healthier. All of the staff are very friendly and they take their appointments very seriously. I love that they call two days before your appointment to confirm and even when they are busy, someone will always offer you refreshments before you are seated for your appointment.

Sonya Lewis Everything started out okay but my ending results were awful Collette call herself blending my hair with clippers and cut off my edges I mean completely she screwed my haircut up and I tipped her I should have known better when she offered me no mirror. True enough I had dyed my hair blonde and asked her to relax my tapered part of my hair she was reluctant to do so but she did so anyway. Im not even upset about that part Im upset about how she call herself fading blending my hair and she had no idea what she was doing. I will never return my experience was awful now I have to work on growing my sides back because she has me walking around looking like a damn fool. As a beautian you shouldnt give anybody a hairstyle you couldnt see yourself wearing. My advice pick the right stylist because I didnt. I COULDNT POST WITHOUT A STAR OR 2 STARS ARENT VALID!!!

Melodie Clayton I went in looking for a wig because I am going through chemotherapy. Angela looked at me and immediately pulled out the perfect wig for me. She cut and shaped it to my face and I could not have been happier. All of that was wonderful but what happened later is even better. The true test of a business is what happens when there is a problem. A problem arose with my wig and I spoke to Angela about it. Not only did she address the problem, but she went above and beyond to make it right. I cannot say enough good things about Angela and her business.

Akosua Amazing experience! Angela was so patient and helpful. She helped me try on a number of wigs and even though I didnt end up buying something, I left feeling heard, well attended to and respected. She is both professional and very knowledgeable in her craft. I look forward to working with her one day to get a custom made wig.

Sharise Henderson This place is immaculate! My sons and myself went to get haircuts from Tahirah! Shes amazing. This was my twins second haircut. Theyre 8yrs old. The smile on their faces when she finished was priceless. They are in love with their cuts. Also, the building has about 15 to 20 suites. All personal spaces with mostly stylists and barbers in them. Whoever came up with that idea is a genius.

Ochina Harris CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT!! I have had my hair done by Konceited Kreations, LLC/Kendra Williamson, located in Remedy Spa and Salon Suites in downtown Atlanta, GA. Kendra requires customers to make appointments online and to leave a deposit to hold their appointment time. I was okay with this process, until I recently learned that she was charging my credit cards for appointments and services I never had. She scammed me for over $1400.00 on my credit card. I have reported this to the management (Jackie) at Remedy Spa & Salon Suites and nothing was done about it. I have submitted a police report as well. If you have had services performed by Konceited Kreations, LLC/Kendra Williamson, I suggest you check your credit card statements. You could have been robbed too!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Summer Bostick Not happy with the service! The stylist that braided my child’s hair took nearly 3 hours for a simple braided style. The end results were absolutely horrible. For the price of $50 dollars my child walked out of the salon very disappointed. The blow drying was absolutely horrible. 10/10 if you want to look bad! I would most definitely not recommend.

She really made me feel comfortable and helped me make decisions on outfits. There were so many things that I wanted. The shop was pretty and had a good vibe. I ended up getting a few cute fits for my trip. I will definitely be back on my next trip to ATL.
