Quiet Storm Over charged and the quality sucked. The owner Tony allowed his two year old son to play inside the salon pedicure bowls with his toys.

brigitte williams Got a pedicure at Lulu, wanted to experience other than my regular salon, seeking new service provider. Kids roaming around the salon being kids (if it aint mine, I dont wanna hear it, taking away from the spa experience relaxation), the pedicure was rushed (unknown male technician), toenails not properly clipped, the underneath of the feet not buffed with a foot file, toenails assymetrical with different shapes and length, had to tell them repeatedlly that the water at the beginning of the pedicure was too hot and was burning me, overall shoddy work across the board and unpleasant experience, etc. Price was lower than what I usually pay , but so was the quality of the service given. Dont believe I will come back. Was offered a $5.00 store credit for a 5 star review. I declined.

Gritty Glam First visit and it was ok. They have you sign up when you come in. They give you a ticket and wait until your number is called. My tech was thorough however she was distracted with viewing her phone. She didnt ask if I wanted my nails cut she just did it. Oversll it was ok service, competitive prices. Would return. 2nd visit for nails and it was ok. Definitely will visit other techs there to get the right one for me.

Gilda Whitfield I always trust the quality of this nail salon, they do nails very carefully and meticulously. They are also very agile and flexible in serving customers. The staff here are very cute and funny, always talking and laughing with customers.

Latea Lanay I originally tried sun nails by accident I had a broken nail the day before solar eclipse I wanted my nails full. They did one and it looked beautiful. So I knew I would go back I went back for a fill in on the same set. Mrs. Dawn made those look 100 percent better they had been filled in multiple times but nothing compared to hers. I knew then I’d come back. I came back and removed everything with this fresh foundation her work showed even more. She is so creative patient and up to date with all designs and she still has a way of personalizing it. There pedicures are reasonable as the have many options. They do every part listed as most salons now have started to skip parts assuming we don’t notice. My pedicure included a wax that was phenomenal but my full set is top tier. We had a inspo pic but she took pieces and added her own touch which is great cause I never truly want something someone has completely They shop is peaceful and professional . I highly recommend. Although Mrs Dawn is super creative to add my first broken was done by a guy who work spoke even on one nails which ultimately is what made me return so I sure everyone is capable of bringing your vision to life

Cora Jackson My first time to try this place. I didnt even know it has been there for a while now though Im constantly in that area. I made an appointment the following day but walk ins welcome. There was no wait when I came, though I was running late for my appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at the bright, modern, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had mani/ pedi with Holly. She is friendly and thorough and took her time. I am very satisfied with the service and the price is very reasonable and comparable any where else. This will be my regular place to go now for my mani/pedi.

There are so many reasons I love this place and why I have been a customer for so long: The wonderful staff, the amazing calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the cleanliness and Holly who is the only person I let do my pedicures! When I went in today they had all brand new Massage Chairs that were absolute heaven!!! If you dont go to Spa Nails, you are missing out!!!

Russo Super nice people fast efficient price is comparable- not sure about the product they use maybe throw out the old get some new polish.- something call color code or maybe the top coat.- but I sat for 10 minutes for toes to dry - drove home to byron - from zebulon road...did toe touch( they should be dry its 25 minutes now atleast ) all pass slap on my tennys get home after grocery shopping all the polish smudge and sticking - this is not a me issue this a product issue. So 60 dollars later and it .. I got a nail trim for it. BUT again the atmosphere was really nice and so was the nail tech.

Ashley Hoover This salon is awesome. Especially yang. She took special care on my toes to remove my ingrown toenails, and now I have zero toe pain. She also did an amazing job on my gel manicure with such cute designs. Shes so thorough. And I am a picky person. She listened to everything I requested with no hesitation. And she answered all questions I had about other services/products that Ive never had/was curious about. Also they offered me a complementary drink (water, coke, diet coke). I love that they are open on Sunday, unlike a lot of other salons. And the prices are better too. Im already a repeat customer and I intend to keep coming back.

hallie owens Bonnie was great with my nails! she did exactly what i showed her. i asked for blue french tips with a blue heart on the ring finger and she did exactly that! i highly recommend

Lewis Cazenave A year ago, my adopted sister and I went to Nail World. A new technician cut me seven times trying to trim my toe nails. I bled everywhere. They wanted me to pay and I gave them $50. Today, I went back with my sister again and an elderly lady trimmed my toe nails. I paid them $50 again. I asked for a couple things that other nail professionals have done and they ignored me. I do not recommend this place. It is near the Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. In her defense, the elderly lady spoke almost no English.

Beatriz Solano Very unprofessional and rude. Their service was very rushed and sloppy. Not to mention my gel nails started chipping the very next day. Will never return here and definitely no not recommend anyone to get their nails done here.

Carly Echerri We had an AMAZING experience at Nail World. My sister and I walked in with 2 girls that wanted nail art. Not only did they KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK with the nail art (see photos) but they had laughing the entire time. Everyone is so kind and hospitable. Cannot recommend enough. 10/10

Rin Cook Had the BEST!!! experience here!!!! I usually HATE going to salons because they charge you an arm and a leg and barely speak to you.. This salon is so different. From the moment I entered the spa, I was met with welcoming and kind energy from the staff. I had a pretty creative concept picture for them but the artist who did my mani (Rebecca) executed the design perfectly and with the utmost quality and care. I received a pedicure from Michelle and had my feet treated! Both women were so amazing to chat with, I can’t wait to go back. I’m telling everyone I know about this place. New regular customer created!

Dai M I would not recommend this nail salon. I got Builder Gel overlay with a manicure on my natural nails Feb 28. I went in the afternoon during a slow period, however, the woman that did my nails seemed like she was rushing. She finished my nails in 30 minutes and they do not look professionally done. She did my nails like she hates her job. They are very thick when I explicitly told her I didn’t want them thick. Overall they look mess and for $73, I can do a better job myself.

Krystal Crumbley My mom, myself and my seven year old daughter went for the first time today to get ourselves pampered for a wedding. I cannot recommend this place enough! We were able to walk right in and receive amazing service as soon as they opened. Kara, the owner, took care of my daughter, giving her unicorn colored toe nails with a design and sparkled rainbow colored finger nails. My daughter loved her experience and was nothing but smiles. I had the pleasure of seeing Henry, he did my gel spa pedicure and manicure. He was super sweet, soft spoken, and did an even better job on my nails, than the nail designs I had shown him. And, my mom had a sweet lady who did an amazing job on her feet, from the massage on her feet to the painting of her nails. We were impressed with how friendly the staff was, the offering of drinks and the prices! We will definitely be returning customers! Thank you for making us feel valued and appreciated from beginning to the end. :)

Ke Aira Davis I love coming here and the atmosphere is always so warming! Celine always does my pedicures. She is great at what she does and very attentive to detail. I have found two girls that does my gel manicures Tiffany and Thuy. Both are them are amazing and they are so patient and pay attention to detail as well. You will not be disappointed by these salon at all!

Gritty Glam First time going there today. When you first walk in it can be intimidating as it is so large. I was greeted promptly and the worker came over and was very attentive. He was very personable and good at what he did. I would definitely return and recommend.

Tee I love this nail bar. Their customer service is excellent, and the salon is clean and inviting. A bit crowded for my liking However, they cater to your needs as much as possible. ...and the bonus is, theres a bar that serves alcohol and non alcoholic drinks if interested. My first experience wasnt the best, considering how much I paid, but I tip fairly for the sole purpose of my pedicure. Ill definitely recommend it!

HC GH Great service and attitude, but the results were horrible. Everyone was nice I visited here with my friend and both of our pedicure were crap, paint was crooked and the lady cut my toenails so short they look like nubs. I knew when she didn’t ask if I wanted them cut or the shape it was going to be a disaster. They were nice about it but still couldn’t get either right. I was going to get a gel manicure too but after how my toes turned out I changed my mind.

T M If I could give this place Zero stars, I would. Dont come here! Two nail techs were rude and disrespectful to me because of the poor service! They refused to give me what I requested and got upset because I didnt like it! They dont know how to shape nails or polish well! I will never come here again. The way they treated me could have quickly escalated. The two women in the photo are a problem.

Amiah Spencer As you can see while I was there my hand was bleeding, and I was shaking. when I got home I took the other picture taking off my nails myself and you can see how low she peeled my nail off.Now because of the condition my nails are in I cant get another set of nails I have to wait for them to heal. The level of unprofessionalism at this establishment disgust me. I will never come in that salon again and anybody who ever asked me about it I will tell them to never go there.

Amber Shaw The man that done my nails was very delicate! He didn’t hurt me not once. I was going to do red and black and he added the little sparkle and I’m in love. Definitely worth the $40 I paid! The man that did them was a black haired man wearing glasses. I would highly recommend him. He got me in and out in an hour.

Even despite the late hour, they made us feel like we were special. They never rushed us but took their time and made sure that we enjoyed this treatment. Jessica Mendoza After trying almost every nail salon in town and being disappointed(over-priced, poor quality nail polish and barely lasted on my nails or made my nails break) , I finally found this place! Ive been coming here religiously for about 5 to 6 years, all I can do is sing their praises!!! I adore the staff here, especially Lin! Thats my GIRL! She caters to all my crazy and wild designs and if she cant Vivian does. Henry gives the BEST foot massages and paints my toes immaculately!!! Awesome staff!!!! I sometimes go over a month with my SNS and still arrive with nails intact but you see the growth. Recently I went from before May 5th to July 23rd( Lin was going to kill me for waiting so long lol), I arrived a HOT MESS! I left glamorous. I ❤️ this place so much, that whenever someone asks me; "who does your nails"?(which is quite often) ...I state Lilys Nails!!!! I get a lot of services done( waxing, paraffin wax treatment[feet and hands], high end pedicures[over 6 different choices])and I feel it is well worth it. You get what you pay for! Lakisha Davis At first I was setting appointments with Vivian and she was great but sometimes she wasn’t so great in her workmanship. So I stop getting my nails done by anyone. Now I went back the other day (6 days ago)but went to see Lynn and this is the outcome. You spend all this money and you want a great experience every time and I feel that I shouldn’t have to keep wasting my valuable time going back for corrections to be made and if you speak up about it; they get an attitude and upset about their quality of service. I am going back to no nails or press on’s…..All the money spent in these nail salons; are we asking for to much. Nail polish chipped and lumpy

Gwen Wrye My friend and I went in on a Saturday afternoon as walk-ins and were impressed. They took us both quickly, myself for both a gel pedicure and manicure. The staff was kind and did a great job. Both my manicure and pedicure came out well due to their thorough service. Being a college student, myself and others dont have a lot of experience with businesses in the area, so finding great places can be so difficult. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Cheryl Jacobs I used to love this place. Now, my pedicure barely takes 30 minutes. They are in a rush to get you out. No attention to detail. $47 plus tax and tip should garner better/longer service. Got a pedicure last night and it is awful. I don’t want your candy and snacks. I want good service for what I paid for! My husband also got a pedicure and they made his toe bleed. Definitely don’t recommend Tina or Tempest. On the hunt for a new place!

Yocelis Arias I would have given it 5 stars but was a little disappointed… I called an hour ahead of getting there asking how much Short Acrylic French tip nails were and they told me $50-55 I said oo perfect when I go there the environment was good customer service from my nail tech was beautiful. The nails you can tell the tip was lifted a bit when he applied it but nun the less compared to a different salon I went to definitely better. When everything was said and done I went to the front and they said it was $70 I was shocked because I was told $50. They told me the tip was extra plus the gel, which the gel I get but the extra for the French tip? That wasn’t mentioned prior to me getting there or when I was asked 3 times if that’s what I wanted shape and everything. Overall he told me she was knew her name was like Jesse or something and that she didn’t know what she was talking about and that they were sorry she gave me the wrong info. After trying to lower because of the miscommunication on their end essentially they still settled with me having to pay the $72.10…cause I guess TAX which is crazy. It was cute but I don’t think I’ll be going back.. as a first time and I expressed my concern on price they blamed the girl and she was sweet. For $70

Erica Spann I will never go anywhere else. This place is top tier. The service was fabulous, from the pedicure to the gel builder. My nails haven’t looked this good in YEARS. Tracy did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. If you are going anywhere else for your nails then you are greatly missing out. Gel builder with extensions and gel polish plus a spa detox pedicure with gel polish only came to $175. You can’t beat the service or the price. I’m so happy I found a new nail home
