Kelsey McCarney I came here on a Sunday because it was one of the few nail salons near by open. I asked for a pedicure and SNS manicure, but after seeing my pedicure polish, decided against getting my nails done and just asked to have my cuticles cleaned up. My toes look like they were painted by a 5 year old. Also, I understand that prices of everything have gone up but $50 something dollars for the quickest pedicure I’ve ever received and a manicure without any polish is INSANE. Not only do they look horrible but she cut me in multiple different spots. I do not recommend this establishment at all and I won’t ever be returning.

Vanessa Willkomm Your gel nails will last one day. Went 4 weeks ago and the next day nails were chipping! Within 3 days I had to cut my nails down due to how poorly and thin the tech did my nails. I decided I would give them a second chance and got a different nail tech. Very next days not even 24 hours later 2 nails were chipping. Talk about a waste of time and definitely not worth $89 (basic Pedicure and gel manicure). We won’t be back ever!

Carrie Gooden I will not be back! I give 0 stars. I asked for Pink & White Ombre, but instead, I got something that was not exactly what I wanted. The guy also cut into my skin to where I was bleeding, THEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I WAS BLEEDING, HE PUT ALCOHOL ON IT! What the hell!!! He also acted like he did not want to give me a discount because of cutting and filing into my skin around my nail. After I came to get my nails done for my birthday but instead I left unsatisfied and my finger stinging. Either the guy is new to the doing nails, or he needs more training! I used to come here all the time, but they will not see my face again!

Aliana Stanley If you love nail art, you NEED to go to Toni! I cant count how many times Ive gone to a salon and show them a picture, they say they can do it, then it turns out nothing like the picture! Toni will do it BETTER than the picture! Im so in love with my nails, most times I just let her do whatever and it comes out amazing.

Tiffany McKesson Every time I go I feel so relaxed, so heard, and seen! They are kind, polite, very professional and always make sure I leave happy with my nails and a smile on my face. They offer a beverage and a snack each time I go. I went after a very horrible experience at Venus Nails near them( never go to Venus) and they made sure I was happy and I haven’t been anywhere else since. Although I am a new customer they always remember me by name and make me feel so comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. The manager Jo, nail tech Lisa, and pedicure tech Metu (sorry if I misspelled the names) are just marvelous. I go after work each time and though I am the last customer they never rush me or make me feel like they are in a hurry to leave. The pedicure tech even took her time to make sure I was so comfortable and satisfied with my pedicure, I felt bad I kept them so late. Courtney Clark Never Again!! I have visited this location before and had a good experience so I thought it would be safe to come back but during this visit I was very disappointed with the service I received. I asked and showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. Just a simple full set with black French tip. These pictures was results of how they came out. HORRIBLE. After showing the manager and requesting for them to be redone, yet again they could not preform a simple French tip look. I walked out after spending almost 2 hours there with just a basic color of pink and not even 24 hours later the gel polish is starting to chip and fade. Don’t waste your money or time!!

Stephanie Hernandez I love coming here. The place is always clean and the staff is very welcoming! Ivy has been doing my nails for 3 years now and she always does an amazing job! She listens to what the customer what’s and does her best to make it happen! She focuses on the details and is always very kind!! I recommend her to anyone!! One of my favorite sets yet!!

Chyanna Young I spent over $50 for my nails and they were chipping within a few hours. I went on Christmas Eve and came back the day after Christmas to get them redone. The picture I’ve attached are my nails 48 hours after I got them redone. Would not recommend

jordan lane The first time I tried gel nails, I was surprised by how beautiful they were! The nails were strong, not too thick, and looked very natural. The polish color was glossy and beautiful, lasting for more 3 weeks without peeling. If you like long nails but dont want to wait, you should try it!

Morgann W This is my favorite non-appointment shop in the Fayetteville area. I come all of the way from Riverdale to come here. They have a clean and quiet shop. The ladies are all attentive. It’s a relaxing environment. May get busy at times but I go in the middle of the week in the afternoon and it’s pretty quiet. My photos are from a previous visit but this time I got a naked mani pedi.

Michelle Blackwell Was trying to decide if I wanted to go to this Salon or another. After reading the reviews of this place I decided to give it a try. While it wasnt horrible, it wasnt a place I would want to return to either. DH and I decided to walk-in and get a plain manicure. Since we were walk-ins, it was not a surprise to wait a bit. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were taken to chairs where we waited another 15 mins and then about 20 mins for actual manicure. I only give those times to share that we were at the salon a good bit. While at the salon, there were six others receiving services and another pair of walk ins arrived along with another client who clearly had a appt. For the person with an appt, she was set at a chair immediately and her service began shortly - which is great for those with an appointment! What was no so great was the atmosphere. While the salon was decorated nicely, the vibe was not chatty, smiling, happy, or relaxing. I almost left a couple of times because it just wasnt that salon vibe that makes for a good experience. It was all business. The ladies that came to give me and DH our plain manicures were rushed, not sociable, and even seemed a little irritated by us walking in. Again, the manicure was a little rough and rushed, not relaxing. I needed to ask for my nails to be shaped better, they were not even. My lady seemed a little irritated that I asked for it, even though I thanked her twice for going back to fix. It was just a little additional filing. We spoke with three of the people that work there, one man and two women. Their English was very hard to understand. My opinion is that might be why they do not communicate more with clients. Overall, my experience was a little less than average. I came home and fixed my uneven nails. My cuticles look a little ragged. I wont be back and will continue looking for a salon that is a good fit for me.

Ida Muhammad Autumn is very professional and personable. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure with gel polish. My nails were broken in a few places, no worries she quickly repaired them. Autumn cares about the health of your nails. I left feeling like a new person.

Kristina McLeod Lisa did a beautiful job on my gel polish manicure, and Lyly did a beautiful job on my pedicure. Theyre both great artist, with a real talent for matching up what looks best for your own style and skin. This is now my forever nail salon. Very nice and kind, and talented. True artist!

cherisa hawkins The first time I went they did a great job they were nice and my pedicure came out great. The next time I went I left with a bloody toe, and several small cuts that were sore for days and had to be treated to make sure they didn’t get infected. The last lady who did my nails wasn’t happy that I changed my mind from regular to gel nails and made her attitude clear. She told me four times how the color I wanted required 4 coats instead of 2 as if that’s something I can help. Then when I checked out she tried to demand a $20 tip each for her and the lady who did a basic (okish) manicure. I’ve had great service before but the cuts to my feet and hands days after my visit is not ok. When I got home I could visibly see blood on two toes.

Kalandria Bolden This is my second time coming here and I love it! These ladies are so nice and do a wonderful job every time. I love how they ask you if you like something to reassure they are giving you the design you asked for. Definitely going to be my new nail spot!!! 10/10!!!

adeola moses My mum and I got a pedicure and I got a spa treatment with my service. Whatever was in the mixture for the hot towel wrap was invigorating and felt soooo good. I say up on my feet due to work and the spa treatment was needed. The lady who did my pedicure was patient and exceptional. The owner Kim was very pleasant also. Ill be going back again soonest. Thanks for a great service.

Daria Doleman After pointing out a small mistake that the worker made and I kindly asked if it could be fixed she said yes. After the lady helped her coworker fix the mistake the lady took it upon herself and retaliated and took her anger out on my finger nails instead of the person that made one small mistake and I ended up with duck nails/bubble nails instead. I go here ALL the time. All that product is SNS! You’re only suppose to dip SNS 2 times look at the pictures and look at what the lady did to my nails.

G it’s Alicia Nail Show never misses. I went in today for an eyebrows, lip and chin wax. It was superb. I will definitely go back.

Makeba Jones Tina did and absolutely amazing job on my nails! She paid attention to detail and everything I asked for and delivered. She even gave me a nail consultation on how to keep my cuticles and under my nails free from buildup! I will be back in 2 weeks!

Morgan Nash The two nail techs that I normally go to was not there but I needed my nails done for an event the next day. I wasn’t sure another person would do my nails the way I like it because shape is important. But Mai did a perfect job with shape, and fixing one nail! She also took her time with adding a French tip design! I was 100% pleased with experience and outcome! I will be going back to Mai again!

Treatsofjoysweets I arrived at 7:35pm and they close at 8pm. The lady upfront told me that everyone is leaving and that they wouldn’t be able to do my nails. I wanted to cut down and refill.

paula shelton I always receive excellent service whenever I go here. Hannah always does my nails and eyelashes, she does an outstanding job on both.I recommend you go here and also pick out your favorites you can’t go wrong. It’s one the largest nail salon I’ve seen so no waiting.

Jasmine I went here because it was across the street from my doctor’s office but unfortunately this will be my last time going. When i walked in the place was clean and tidy but there was only 3 staff members present. It was only one other person there but as I was getting my toes and nails done, more people started coming in. The guy on my toes did a great job but the older woman rushed on my nails resulting in them being uneven, thick and sloppy. Which for the price of $55 dollars, my nails should be up to par. Im beyond upset

Jennifer Lynn This was my first time here and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. I decided to try this place out because it was across the street from a doctor’s appointment I had, and also wanted to try something new. When I first walked in, the place looked clean and there was hardly anyone in there (staff and customers). I got seated pretty quickly for my pedicure. The total pedicure lasted about 30-40 minutes, but the technician was really rough and didn’t do a great job in cutting the cuticles. It felt like she was rushing to get the job done. I got a French pedicure, the white parts were uneven and chipped the next day. For the money I paid, the polish should’ve lasted more than a day. Will not be returning.

Lisa Evans The Powder Room nail salon is Fayetteville’s best kept secret. Three months ago, I went in for a pedicure and had the most fantastic experience ever. The service was impeccable, and I have been a loyal customer since. The owners are two of the most loveliest ladies you want to meet. The service they provide is top-tier. The atmosphere is very relaxing, calming and serene. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a calm, quiet and charming place to enjoy excellent pampering service.

She talked him through every step so that he was aware and even gave after care instructions and referrals to continue his journey to healthy feet. You will pay more than youre used to if youve only visited chop shop salons, but its more than worth it for the curated boutique experience that she brings. This is a much needed service provided by someone who cares.

Brianna N The customer service was nice and the work was professional. Although they are EXTREMELY over priced. I was coming in for a fill in for a builder gel set and a pedicure. They charged me $25 for a basic French tip and $3 to “cut down”. The charged for a cut down was unnecessary and only cut about 0.5cm from my nails. These prices don’t reflect what’s on the website. I payed more for this fill in than my original new set (done at another nail salon). I would come back because of the work but for the price NO

Jazmine Ogletree This was my first time trying them out because I was in the area… I was seated quickly, offered something to drink and everything was smooth. The same day that I left, my polish started to peel and I noticed plenty of air bubbles in my nails. The square shape isn’t to my liking so I’m not sure if I would go back but their other work looks great. *UPDATE* I’m changing my review to 2 stars because my polish is continuing to peel. As you can see, one nail is a different color already because no one had that color & the shape of these nails are pitiful honestly (were supposed to be square).

Mariela Serrano Helen gave me the best pedicure I have had in the area and did a beautiful soft french tip. Lena did my second set of nails. I came here after a few friends recommended them and I was not disappointed. Will keep coming and making the drive from Peachtree City!
