Fallon Lopez 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! I had my nails done an hour before and they did a terrible job (photo on left) when I asked them to fix it they were rude and gave me an attitude. Came to I Nail Spa and John and Holly fixed me up (photo on right) love them so much. ❤️❤️❤️

Haley Davis Lena is amazing! She’s been doing my nails for over a year and never fails to do them flawlessly. I always do the same thing but this time wanted to try something different. She exceeded my expectations.
This salon is home! All staff are friendly and greet you by name. They always offer drinks and are super polite. I would give 10 stars if possible!

My appointment was at 1 pm. It is now an hour after my appointment before someone has even sat down with me, and they are arguing with me about what I want for my nails. This is not how you run a business. It is not up to the preference of the nail technician to decide what the customer can or can not get. You are performing a service, what the customer gets is NOT YOUR DECISION. Your job is to do the nails, not push your opinion on how it should be done.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Making me wait an hour after my appointment just to tell me no, all because I wanted a color on my tips that they didn’t want to do on my tips.
I wasn’t rude, I didn’t raise my voice. I was calmly sitting there saying that I don’t understand why they can’t do it, and the old man was yelling and causing a scene saying they won’t do, they refuse. Absolutely mental!!!
FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON, THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH THE BUSINESS.

I don’t know what a fan design is, but I never asked for that. Also, it’s not like I was a walk-in that was made the wait, I had an appointment!! The whole point of an appointment is so that you DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT. It is not my fault that you are so greedy you can’t stay true to appointments by taking in every customer that walks in instead of saying you don’t have time that day.
Furthermore, I went down the road to another nail salon, asked them for the same thing I asked you for, and it was done in a timely manner with no error. My nails look beautiful!!
So sorry that you do not possess the ability to do what customers request.
It’s shameful that you must lie and treat customers poorly simply because you are embarrassed by your lack of skill for doing nails. Find another line of work.
