Kiana Johnson Please save your time and money, and do not come here. 2 days after my services, my nails were literally coming off left and right. By day three, three of my nails were completely off. I called to see if I can get the nails fixed, and was told the same person had to fix my nails that didn’t do them right in the first place or I would be charged full price again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Michelle Beck In the past I have done my own nails but recently decided to treat myself and let someone else pamper me. So far, so good. I’ve been here about 4 times for both pedi and manis! They’ve done an excellent job. I will say that I prefer the male technicians for my manicures. The place is clean. The technicians are attentive and offer suggestions, while clearly telling you the prices in advance. (So I can’t complain about those additional charges.) I just wish I spoke their language so I’d understand some of the conversations they are having! 4.5 Stars

Carla Ross Two stars for availability only. From entering in on a whim to just get a natural nail manicure, the vibes were not as friendly but I equated it to the lack of customers in the salon. Now I know there’s a reason. My nails are uneven and shorter than I requested (I said a lil cut but she cut down to my skin so when she filed my nails she filed my skin too). While she was cordial it was clear that natural nails don’t get a lot of attention as it’s not a high ticket item yet still should receive quality service nonetheless. The fan was blowing so low that even sitting for 15 minutes as the tech recommended, my three coats were still not fully dry and got warped(she said the polish was runny and had to put three coats). There was nail dust on the counter where I tried to dry my nails and transferred on to my arms and black sleeves. I’m not coming back to patronize as I am done with natural nail services being offered but treated like an afterthought with no quality care whatsoever. It’s highly unfortunate but I’m incentivized to get my Cidesco certification to do my own nails with quality assurance and true care.

Alexus Marshall I just left and I will never be back again. Within the first five minutes, they messed up so bad that they will never see me again. All I asked for was acrylic on top of my natural nails without adding a tip to my nail. The lady was notified about this, but proceeded to cut my nails which I took time to grow. I was very upset. She did not even offer an apology. I walked out and left. These people should not be an operation. I’m so upset.

Brianna Smith Absolute waste of money. My mother and I both got the basic pedicure. In the description it says, “lotion massage.” The lady literally acted like she was appalled to be touching my feet the entire time. Then when it came down to the “massage”… she slapped lotion on my legs quite literally then put a hot towel. That she left on my legs so long, it was ice cold so I removed it myself. I confronted her about the massage and she said, “it’s the basic so there are no services included” I reminded her of the description on the menu and they all immediately started talking their language to each other. She eventually said she’d give me a massage at the end. Even though I said no thanks, she did give a massage at the end. The pedicure was atrocious. My toe nails have torn up cuticles since those weren’t trimmed like it said in the description, either … my nail edges are rough and I’ve never seen a salon put so many coats of polish before to where it looks like a puddle on my nails. Absolutely worst pedicure I’ve ever received. My fingernails, came out cute, and the tech was super sweet. My mother and I first came to try 368 nails bc w needed to kill time before an appt. (We are from out of town) We chose to try this salon though it looked unsanitary, because the other had a long wait. The massage chairs don’t even work for pedicures. Very dingy. There are two other salons in the shopping center. I suggest taking your money there.

dastr rtywrtw I had my first visit to this nail salon recently and I’m so happy with my experience. The staff were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The manicure I got was beautiful and lasted a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Live laugh Laila He was very rude to me upon entering… I asked for plain pink acrylics and he was very low spoken so I asked him to repeat himself as I am hard of hearing… he was very angry about this and even went as far as wiping the toxic gel across my thumb in anger? Very unprofessional and will not be coming back.

Taysha Watson I’ve definitely given this spot multiple chances. The staff are cool for the most part but the attention to detail just isn’t there. It’s always empty when I go in and yet I feel rushed and my nails are always slightly flawed when I leave. This time was the last straw… my nails did not match what I asked for and there were flaws such as bubbles. He was very sloppy while doing the work. My nails went from looking professional to childish. Then on top of that they are really short and I was still upcharged on things such as “shape”; “color powder”. It sucks but that’s my last time there.

Catherine Flournoy I certainly had fell out of love with getting my natural nails done I was paying 40 to 50 bucks at the “traditional “ nail salons for the polish to chip in a couple of days. It simply was not worth the money. My nails would be brittle and unhealthy after visiting nail salons. I stopped getting my nails done, because there was not a market for healthy natural nails. A friend recommended Yolanda… while I was hesitant I eventually went after admiring her nails and her daughter’s nails. Listen when I tell you, I am in love again! I have finally found someone that is professional, AND does a great job on natural nails. Definitely worth the money and my daughter loves Yolanda services as well! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for the experience.

Tanashia Jones Nia has been my nail tech for years!. She does an amazing job each time. She’s the only person I go to and get my nails slayed to the Gods!

Jennifer Smith-Green I absolutely love this salon. Yolanda, the salon owner is very professional and talented. The salon is always clean and she follows Covid protocols. I truly love the appointment only aspect of the business because customers never have to wait for their services. Each and every one of my services has been excellent. I highly recommend this nail salon.

rashundra jones This place sucks.. Ive tried them several times and everytime I was disappointed. The nail techs are old fashioned and cant do up to date designs.. Ive tried candy, the owner and the guy All with disappointed results

lala jazzie This is by far the best shop I’ve been to in Conyers. I love curved nails and I was able to get the look!!!!! My first visit was amazing I came right after work it was kinda of late. But they so graciously stayed late and did my nails and feet. It was right before my bday 4/20 shout out to Taurus ♉️ lol. The pics here are from my second visit these pics do my nails no justice. I should have gotten my wonderful nail tech name, but I will next time. Can’t wait to go back!

I especially appreciate Le. She is a wonderful person and very skilled technician. However, everyone is good. Maria Bennett Sam has done three full sets for me and I love each set. He’s so great at his craft and easy to talk to. I have also gotten a pedicure I don’t recall her name but she was great as well and paid attention to detail.

Peaches Massey Ive been a loyal customer to Mindy, Jennifer for 15 years & I love the customer service they provide & the quality of my nails. This is the first Salon I’ve been to where my nails last longer than three weeks. I always recommend people to his salon because I know they will not be disappointed!! The staffs here are all amazing as well.

Michele Johnson Me and my husband have been going to Mindys for about a year and we love getting our pedicures and my fill ins. They are always professional and courteous and do a great job! This visit was for my 61st Birthday and Graduation with my Masters degree and Ben made sure he put a little extra work in. I loved my nails and feet and hubby did too. The atmosphere is always relaxing and peaceful with excellent customer service!

Bool Barbiiee It’s not as busy as other shops in Conyers, but the service and quality is always better than the other shops. Everyone is so nice. They take their time on my eyebrows as well and make sure I like them before I get up.

eliana rose Went there a few times. Got acrylic done by Peaches and Pauline at different times and I always went every 2 weeks. The first time I went I had a full acrylic set done by Robin so the following 2 weeks was time for a refill but many of my nails were already lifted so they needed to be replaced. I asked Pauline about removing the nails instead of just overlaying new acrylic on top of the lifted nail. Pauline said it was ok to only put glue on certain ones and the acrylic will seal the lifted parts. I am not a nail technician and i thought maybe she knows what shes saying so I let her continue. She made my nails look good so I returned 2 weeks later but Peaches did my nails this time around. Again the nails were lifted so i asked her about removing them. Peaches clipped off the lifted acrylic and then continued applying new acrylic over the old ones. At the end they were very ugly. Fast forward. Yesterday I went to Noir nails on dogwood. When the technician removed all of the acrylic, I had green fungus on my nails. He said the fungus was either caused by Paulines nail salon using cheap products or not properly sterilizing the equipment or everyone in Paulines shop are not knowledgeable on how to apply acrylic and when to remove the old lifted acrylic so water would get trapped and grow fungus. That was my very first time ever getting nail fungus. Ive been getting my nails done for 30 years and never ever have I had to deal with nail fungus. I will never ever ever step foot in this place again. 3 visits to this place caused bad fungus. On top of all this fungus, there was always a long wait. Only 2 or 3 nail techs so be prepared to wait a long time. Peaches complained quite a bit about how hot it was and other peoples personal business. Please be cautious where you go. Never again for me.

L Extremely painful. I had no ingrown nail or anything. Never had this happen in my life. The lady kept wiping the blood with the brush and putting it back into the cart. Did not sanitize it first. Did not offer a discount. Super upset. Paid $65

eliana rose No. Just no. Went there about 3 times and the last time will be the last. First is the pedicure. I paid $75 (and $20 more for gel polish) for a volcano pedicure and it was nothing more of a basic pedicure with a hot towel and a hot rock being rubbed on the leg with wax at the end. THATS IT. The description was super exaggerated. Next is my full set that Nick did from scratch. Freestyle design that HE wanted to do. Freestyle. I agreed. Trash. Never. When I got home and REALLY looked at it is when I saw the UGLY work. Only 3 techs. When people were coming in thats when they were rushing you OUT! My spouse had a pedicure which was done in 18 minutes and it was supposed to be the second most expensive pedicure. No more. You are rushed and pushed when a few people are waiting. They are super short staffed so even if 2 or 3 people are waiting, YOU WILL BE RUSHED and it is extremely noticeable. My skin is peeling from the filing. Yes. He filed my skin. I took these pictures 1 day after the visit. I cant look at these anymore and have to find someone else to remove them IMMEDIATELY AND REDO THEM. My toe nails are not completely covered with polish. The tech was nice but being nice is not what Im paying for. Again my skin is peeling all over.

Madison Pippins I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything… but this was absolutely terrible. I got SNS on Thursday and by Saturday two of them had chipped and by the following Thursday - I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. Not to mention, he cut my skin and there were several that were crooked and uneven. I called to talk to a manager and was hung up on (twice) when they realized I was calling to complain. The picture is after 6 days. Please save your money.

mabresha caldwell I absolutely enjoyed my Birthday experience at Platinum spa. I booked the luxe mani/pedi, 30 min Vichy shower body scrub hydrotherapy, posh facial, the wellness package, charcuterie, the personal chef dining, KeyLime cupcake, tiara and a birthday stash, which were all amazing. Its decorated so beautifully all throughout the facility. The atmosphere was so very relaxing and calm. I loved the attentiveness of the staff which was impeccable! For my meal I had salmon & shrimp linguine with asparagus and a glass of wine. I was here from 12:15pm till 7:45pm and didnt want to leave...lol. My expectations were more than met. I want to say a special shout out to Crystal. My face felt wonderful...baby the way she had my face glowing; she deserves 10 stars. Im planning to check out their natural hair salon as well. Thank you, Platinum Spa for making my birthday so peaceful and restful!

Keisha I had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. We were greeted immediately by very friendly staff. I got the lymphatic drainage and added the wellness package. Nick was my massage therapist and he was awesome. I did the dry sauna, hot tub and oxygen bar. Staff were very attentive. Everything was great. Ill definitely be back.

S. Saulsberry Beautiful black owned spa. Excellent customer service & beautiful space. Very calm and serene. They took Megan and me last minute for my birthday. Megan and I got the deep tissue massage. Getting the couples massage is cheaper than individual massages. There’s an extra fee to use the additional amenities such as the oxygen bar, the eucalyptus steam room, and the jacuzzi. The spa is very relaxing and quiet. They gave me an additional discount because I came on the day of my birthday. They also give an additional discount if you do a Google review. Overall, the spa is little on the expensive side especially having to pay additional for the amenities, which I think should be included if you pay for a service. The price versus the drive there wasn’t equivalent in my opinion. The spa is very natural and the garden is beautiful! You have different options on where you want to get your massage and there are also several places to take nice photos. No outside food allowed please eat before you arrive. They do offer a plethora of snacks and drink options along with wine.

raven burton I was a walk in for the first time yesterday and oh my god!!!! This is the prettiest nail spa and everyone is so friendly. They have an entire room for polish! My toes look gorgeous and Laurie did such a great job on my deluxe pedi! So thankful to have found her. Will be going back!

Reese Miller Customer service here reminds me of chic fil a. Everyone was so cheerful and kind. I only can’t for a pedicure and the results were beautiful. The process was very rejuvenating and relaxing. And they have about a hundred thousand colors to choose from! They use fresh supplies on each guest, it smells fresh in here and looks so clean. TeacherGirl31 I was a walk-in, first time customer, so I chose a basic mani and pedi. Everyone was very friendly and I received great service. I walked out with my nails looking great..and it had been a long time since I had them done. My only suggestion would be a bit longer on the leg massage, but I will be back to try an upgraded service. The shop was clean and very quiet…which I enjoyed and made my service very relaxing.

Armani Santiago After some thought and looking instead of booking, I had the most absolute pleasure of sitting in Ms. Denise’s chair. From the moment I walked in she was so welcoming and the atmosphere was calm and eased my worries. I hadn’t had a pedicure in 2-3 years due to the negligence of another salon. Ms. Denise listened to the problem and got to work. My feet feel soooo much better and look better to the eye. She gave me a podiatrist referral and told me I could be in sandals for the summer!! You have a new forever customer in me!!! Thank you again for your AMAZING service!!

Rebekah Jones If you have an elderly loved one that needs/requires special attention for their feet, this is who you book with! Even if they don’t need/require special attention, book her if you want to keep them out of the chop shops. I booked an appointment for my mother, and I don’t leave her in the care of anyone, but I felt so good about leaving her there without me. The building has an elevator, so getting to her suite wasn’t difficult. Everything was clean, sterile, and tidy. She greeted us with a warm welcome and immediately began assessing my mother’s feet. She let me know if the selections that I made when booking the service were correct or not, and gave her professional suggestions. I appreciated that, because I added some things that my mother didn’t really need. That in itself made me feel good about booking with her. It shows that she cares about her clients, and it’s not just about money. After we agreed on what services were best, I left so that she could begin the work. There are so many eateries and stores around. So you’ll be able to do so many things while your loved ones are being serviced. Even though I was not there while she was being serviced, I knew she was in good hands. My mom had nothing but good things to say about her pedicure when I picked her up, and wanted me to book her again. My mom gave her a big hug when leaving.

NT Happy Soles provides a very high end pedicure. This is a waterless pedicure so you dont soak your feet. That lowers the risk of contamination. She sprays your feet from a spray bottle. She works on your problem foot areas and later she wraps your feet in nice hot towels. It felt so good. I highly recommend her services.

Keemi Jones First and last time coming to this circus. This younger lady didn’t even wanted to clean my cuticles I had to stop her in her tracks and an older guy took over. on top of that she had a nasty attitude. I realize they don’t like to be corrected they just wanna do anything they feel to you and you just sit and take it. . I should have stick to where I use to go to . NOT COMING BACK EVER.

Janice Washington Lavish nails is the Best place to get your eyelashes done. They last for three weeks and it’s beautiful and mink. Try them out. It will be the best decision you ever made.

Ashley Payne What an unexpected great experience. Tried this place after reading the reviews and wanting somewhere close to home. The shop is beautiful, clean and up to date on the inside. I love a beautiful shop with a great variety of colors. The prices were also reasonable. We did not have an appointment but didn’t have wait long. Eric did my nails and the service was fast but still good quality. Everyone seemed very welcoming. I look forward to making this my regular place.

Justice G I highly do not recommend this nail salon. I visited on Sunday, 1/12/25, for builder gel nails and an upgraded gel pedicure. Right away, I noticed the tools looked worn, and the salon’s cleanliness seemed lacking. The technician put my socks back on immediately after finishing my pedicure, and when I got home, my toes were unevenly cut and the polish was poorly done. I had to return on Monday, 1/13/25, to get them fixed. By Wednesday, 1/15/25, my nails were chipping one by one. Even my toes, which I had repaired, started showing paint scraping off at the corners and small bubbles forming in the center—something that’s never happened with gel polish at other places. Now, less than two weeks later, most of my nails are chipped and a mess. I won’t even bother going back for repairs, as it’s clear they use low-quality products and lack skill. I’m out $140 and will never return.

Jimella Johnson My 18 year old and 13 year old came in for a full set, manicure, and two pedicures…they charged them $243!!!!!! They clearly took advantage of my kids…Now If I was there, that would not have happened! It was definitely a teaching lesson for them to ask FIRST how much the service is before receiving it but there’s absolutely NO WAY what they received would be this much based off these pics!!!!I was going to go back up there to speak with someone but what’s done is done. PLEASE DONT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Kyla debro I’ve had my nails done for a week and they aren’t the best. I wanted to try a new nail salon because the one I usually go To was closed…. 1. The lady didn’t cut or push my cuticles at all.. I also had hair dye on my nails from doing hair and she didn’t even clean them off( my main salon always cleans them well) 2. While she was drilling my nails she cut me a few times 3. I got a crooked nail( thought I was just my hands at first it’s not) 4. Not the shape I asked and wanted but ok(wanted square and got coffin even then inspiration picture was square) 5. The French tip is a mess and a lil opaque 6. It took a second for her to do the T that she had to get someone to do and I kept correcting them that it wasn’t a T .. the dude she called over put a J and I said no I want the letter T and that I don’t have to be fancy. 7. Some of the nails have started to chip which I’ve never dealt with even when I do my own nails so idk what that’s about … Im not going back there imma just stick with my regular salon cus they eat down every time.
