Jane Overby The office staff and dental staff were fantastic. They put my grandson at ease. He had to have a filling. When my grandson told him about an old filling hurting, he said well "lets just fix that one too." Thank you so much for taking care of my grandson. It does take a little while to get an appointment, but I am very pleased with their services.

Janette Hart I’m old and scared of dental work, but I need a lot of it. I had read some bad reviews about this practice before, but decided to judge for myself. I’m so glad I did! Everyone was extremely kind and caring. They offered me a cancellation slot and I jumped on it immediately. There isn’t much time until the end of the year to get things taken care of and I was concerned. So I really appreciated the call. They were so gentle, caring and understanding of my fears. I was completely comfortable and after this first appointment, and the first of my work completed-I won’t be scared or worried at all my next visit! I would give them 10 stars if I could. So judge for yourself please, because I sure am glad I did. I can’t imagine why anyone would complain about this practice. They were all professional and attentive-just lovely!

Red This dentist office has the most amazing staff! I just recently started going here, and on my first visit I received a tour, a gift bag, and was introduced to everyone! They made me feel so welcomed, and comfortable! Dr.Drake done 2 extractions and was absolutely fantastic! I’ve had extractions before, and would always be in so much pain the following day. Dr.Drake made sure that the removal did not cause any pain, or discomfort the following days, and took his time to properly remove the 2 teeth that were bad. I can’t say enough good things about this office! My family, and I will be going here from now on!

Alisha Lee I went for my first visit a few days ago and they were amazing. All of the staff were very friendly from the moment I stepped into the door. They were knowledgeable of what they were doing and explained everything they did to me before they did it. They were gentle and took your time and needs into consideration. Also, they are affordable. Overall, it was a great dental experience and I will highly recommend this office to others.

I promise this review is all you need to read/see in order to not go here and WASTE your money. ANY review saying that this company can be trusted is not reliable, I promise! What I wanted for my teeth was the bare minimum and could not be accomplished.

Drea Jay RUN!!!!! With the exception of 2 nice employees, the place sucks. Highly unprofessional, they don’t communicate at all. I don’t see how they’re still in business. I had braces over 3 years and towards the end there was no progress in my treatment plan. Total waste of time and money.

MARY SMITH This place is horrible! It’s all about the money! My granddaughter needed 2 caps on 2 teeth and came home with 8!!!! They let my daughter sign the paperwork before they pretty much told her that she was getting 8. Then when my daughter asked them to please only do the 2, they said we can do whatever we want to bc you signed the paperwork. I called that same day to ask to speak to the dentist. They said he/she would call me back. Do you think I’ve gotten a call? NO!

Betty Harper Never take your babies here ! I jumped through all the hoops to get my son to surgery that he needed in the day that the lady called me. She started asking me questions that she should’ve already known had she read the file. Her name is Kayla. She is completely horrible, and so I told her we live 45 minutes away. She asked me if she wanted my pediatrician to send my child for a surgery that was gonna happen 45 minutes away from my house. I then got an attitude with her because if you’re not going to to read people’s file please don’t call them or have that job at all then she started to text me from her I’m personal phone and then the doctor decided to sign and drop my son off at the surgery so now he is in pain and I have to go through this whole process with another dentist. Absolutely never take your child to these people !!!!

I really liked how clean and professional the place was, and I loved that the lady up front was nice and cordial. Every single staff member had nice, happy energy and greeted me with a smile. They listened well, and I loved how my doctor came in with a game plan, and even gave me the plan written out and explained it to me, so I felt like she knew what she was doing and genuinely desired to help me. I also appreciated that the lady drawing blood listened when I told her that I had a fear of needles, so she was very kind and kept talking to me to keep me distracted. They all made a visit that I’ve been anxious about a positive experience, so I would definitely recommend this place. I was left hopeful about my follow up appointments and my pregnancy goals.

Rebecca Parga Staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain everything so you fully understand the treatment plan. They have been very accommodating when I need to reschedule appointments, and always return my calls if I leave a message. My daughter has been going for 2 years and should soon get her braces off. Her smile is going to be awesome!

D Jordan Horrible staff with poor customer service. We had a very bad experience our last visit. I do not recommend this place. I had a very rough experience with staff and requested that I have a conversation with the Doctor. They made it clear that their lunch break was in 25 mins and the conversation would go far beyond that. I never received a phone call or a second thought. The customer service here is just beyond poor, Dr. Included. Days after, still no returned calls. This is sad being that my son has seen Dr. Stewart since about 2017.

Jason houston Dr. Pitts and staff are incredible! I dreaded going to the dentist before but not here. I couldn’t recommend them more strongly. Dr. Pitts is very friendly and makes his patients as comfortable as possible. His assistant Faith is also wonderful and great at what she does.

danielle chambers HEED THE REVIEWS ON THIS DENTIST AND THE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED LAURA . WHAT A IOKE THIS PLACE IS …. I go in after biting into a very hard piece of food. It shot up into my tooth and caused immense pain. Then it got infected.. took antibiotics for a week. Laura A.k.a. office manager a.k.a. not a dental hygienist. She actually had to get help with the 4th x-ray but said she thought she seen a bump on the roof of my mouth. Well, she did actually because it was abscessed!!!!!she could not take the x-ray properly, had to get help from A dental hygienist. She isn’t one . She stated it was giving her an issue because of where the tooth was, which makes sense.( until they change their story ) That’s the very tooth that was hurting me. The dentist said he didn’t see anything, then after speaking with Laura she said “ he’s not gonna make something up” That is the most asinine statement to be said … I most definitely questioned his integrity. .the dentist spoke about taking 16 teeth out of someone that lives in Georgia and that he gave him a bottle of liquor as well as meds . Etc like I don’t care dude look at my tooth , but he said he didn’t see anything wrong . when it actually was split in half !! I had to go to another Dentist to get the tooth taken care of . He seen that it was split in half . Why didn’t Oliver ? He had fun , making fun of the Dentist name that did my front bridge . That he actually blamed for making my back tooth hurt .back tooth never hurt until I bit into that hard food item but he said my bridge was leaking and it’s deferred Pain???? I guess your knee that you had to have replaced was the third pain from your arm, right Oliver . . So They blame me and said that I told them that it was a different tooth. Then the x-rays were blamed that they’re taken only in 2-D. If that’s the case don’t use them ! Then I’m told well the dentist isn’t gonna make something up. I have never heard such a statement from A professional thats honest obviously they’re not because they’re trying to place blame on me and why I would go into a dentist to have them pull a tooth for the heck of it. I have no idea somethings fishy.

Angela Roberts I’ve been going to this dentist for 18 years. I switched to another dentist because I felt one of the hygienists was giving me the run around. One minute she claimed I needed root canals. The next minute she claimed I needed crowns. All I needed was fillings redone.Thank goodness she did. I have pockets around some of my teeth, that I was not aware of. How was this missed by Doc Oliver? Because my gum health was never examined by Oliver. BEWARE! RUN!!!

beverly crowder The dentist said things to me that made me real uncomfortable. My last cleaning I was very disappointed, not professional at all. Not only that I got a bill Friday saying that this bill wasn’t covered through my insurance company almost a year later for almost five hundred dollars on a partial that should have been cleared before the partial was made. I am very disappointed with this dentist.

Dr. Kent is so good, he actully listens to his patients, takes time to explain things, and ensures patient comfort over everything. Its refreshing to see a medical setting where you as the patient with concerns are not dismissed or brushes off.

He explained and discussed every procedure and was very adamant at correcting my problem. I would recommend him and his staff to anybody needing dental procedures.

My five year old daughter sat through a filling without wincing even once! Dr. Shroff and her staff were so wonderful- they put her completely at ease. We loved the entire experience and would highly recommend Dr. Shroff to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Fenhyste They genuinely care. Best dentist Ive ever had, incredibly sweet staff and the doctor has done some of the nicest work Ive had, with next to no pain. Very accommodating about pain issues, and as quick as can be with all procedures. Also willing to be flexible and available with time sensitive problems (painful cavity, shattered tooth, etc), rather than scheduling you 6 months away when it would be worse, like other places Ive gone. They helped my dad with an abscessed tooth just days after calling. Been going for 3 years, will keep going as long as I can.

Christopher Jones Dr. Harry and her team are the most professional, responsive, caring and knowledgeable dentists/dental group that Ive ever used. Ive lived around the country for work and was hesitant about a dentist in a smaller town. Little did I know that she keeps up with all of the latest dental technology, and is astoundingly gifted and caring. She and her team go the extra mile not to cause any pain and provide amazing advice. I was finally moved to write this because she and her team provided excellent emergency information and care over the recent holiday weekend. Thank you so much!

Tim Mallory I have always had a phobia of Dentist but My teeth had gotten in such bad shape that I was embarrassed to try to eat out or even go out due to me appearance. I was leaving my doctors office at the Medical Park at Lee,s Crossing When I noticed the sign on the door. Healthy Smiles family Dentistry. On an impulse I got the nerve up to step into the office . I was greeted by the friendly staff and made to feel right at home. I explained the problem , I had neglected the care of my teeth due to my phobia of dentist but had reached the point that I had to get something done,. I scheduled an appointment. I did not sleep the night before my appointment and did not know what to expect. I was nervous and emotionally distressed. I arrived and was greeted , I signed in and surprisingly was called back into the examination room right on schedule. I was made to feel at ease. My examine was performed and I had a discussion with the dentist about what to do and how to proceed. I felt comfortable at ease and felt that they really cared about helping me to restore my smile and to be able to eat solid food again. We scheduled another visit for work to be done. Again the night before I got little sleep but was not as nervous as the first visit. I arrived for my appointment and was taken back to the room where work was done and was explained everything that was going to happen. I was not looking forward to the needles to deaden my mouth but I only felt a small pinch and my procedure was without pain and I was treated like I was a real person. I have returned several times for procedures and must say I now have no fear and look forward to my visits as they make me feel appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful and made my bad situation of my neglected dental situation into a feeling of gratification due to the painless procedures that I have experienced. I will soon be able to smile and eat real food thanks to the excellent treatment and care that I received at the hands of the skilled Dentist and Staff . I would highly recommend anyone with dental issues to stop by and discuss their problem and schedule an appointment. It will be the best step you can make if you have any dental issues. Day Daniel I was referred by Dr. Fagundes on 3/14/25, his staff says they sent my information over to Dr. Mykle office and I should hear from them by Monday but I did not. I submitted an online request, no response. I even attempted to call when they first opened on Tuesday 3/18 but no one called back. The office called me Thursday 3/20 to schedule and didn’t even get my insurance information. When she saw my X-ray she said I MAY need my teeth pulled, why is that what you’re telling me and you don’t even know? My situation with my teeth is scary and I was uncomfortable and decided not to go due to the unprofessionalism. Dental work is expensive and if I’m going to pay for it, I need to be respected, welcomed and supported.
