Dana Gabrysh They need to be shut down!!! Not only is the place filthy. They pulled all four of my granddaughters front teeth when they originally said they needed crowns. She just turned five and she’s tiny. They said it was tortured to keep bringing her back for more dental work. They wanted to do it all at once. That’s BS!!!!

Knowles Johnathan (AnonLulu) My wife was an extreme pain with some of her teeth. So we called around and eventually found this place. On the phone they said they would be able to fully help her, and after X-rays would be able to do a tooth extraction. Well we waited the couple days and got here and thats where everything went wrong. We had to wait in the waiting room over an hour before she was called, even though they said they would cancel the appointment if we were 10 minutes late. After which they took her back and she had to wait an additional 30 minutes. They did the X-rays and then inform her there was nothing they could do because, they only worked on childrens teeth. A complete scam of $149, but I guess at least we have the X-rays for the next, REAL dentist to use. I will never come back here, I cant speak for bringing children here, but do not believe these people.

Joseph Lambert Initially I had a dismal expectation from this location. This was based off the Google reviews I had seen prior to my visit . My first visit here with my daughter did not bring anything to notate . Not a bad experience or a great experience. I understand with a revolving staff things can change . Very good energy here with all the staff I met. Warm welcome and great understanding when it comes to making your kids comfortable with service. It was amazing watching the hygienist Dana work with my daughter. She was able to quell my daughters fear. It was the sweetest moment I didnt expect. Very unexpected professionalism and great quality of service. I can guarantee that if Dana is here to assist you with your child. You will not be disappointed. The entire staff I dealt with today was phenomenal. Big thanks to Dana!

Kenia Alonzo Sadly, I was looking for a new provider since my insurance changed. I called this place and since day one the person answering the calls with name starting with J. Was not kind at all no interest, her way to ask questions were like you are bothering her instead of appreciating the request and opportunity of having a new patient. I though that could be me, but today I confirmed it was me. So sad they are losing clients-patients by having a rude person answering the calls.

Built Better (BBGC) Been using FD@SH for almost 20 years now and have never had a major issue until this last visit. It started out great with a surprise that Cassie was in town and she would be the one cleaning my teeth. She did so and done a good job as usual. Then, as it Specifically says Not to do in my files, in comes Dr. Nadler to do the follow up examination. There may be some that like this woman, but I and everyone else that Ive talked to that had had an exam by her Can Not Stand to have her to do their follow up. After putting her gloved up hands all in your mouth and doing a teeth, gum, cheek, and tongue check she then runs her wet gloved hands all over your neck and on your face. THIS Is Disgusting! She Could Easily change her gloves before putting them on your face But NO. I Will NEVER SEE Her AGAIN. They said Dr. Fields was Busy with another ongoing procedure. Well, next time Ill just forego the dentist part of the cleaning exam.

Janne Beam Had an appointment today with Dr Shirley for a new filling. He is so caring and considerate. I have never had problems with dentists but I am sure those that do would totally appreciate him and the staff! I recently had a cleaning with Leslie and she dies a great job and is so funny and personable! I totally recommend them if you are looking for a dentist! All Ive had are positive experiences. I see Dr. Shirley. He is very professional, personable and has s good sense of humor. Ive had several different hygienists and Ive been happy with them all. Today was Leslie and she was great! Carla McGuire This was my first visit to Shining Smiles. I had been looking for a new dentist and a friend recommended this practice. I am so glad she did. From scheduling my appointment, to meeting the hygienist, to meeting the dentist, and paying my bill everyone in this practice is focused on the patient and making it an enjoyable experience. Elise, my hygienist, kept me informed about what she was doing and presented me with her recommended treatment plan and how much everything would cost. There were no surprises. Elise was personable and provided a pain free cleaning. Dr. Mohip was kind and caring and has a wonderful chair-side manner. I highly recommend this office.

scott Cobb I had a wonderful experience for someone who despises going to dentists. Carrie at the front desk was very inviting and helpful with the paper work. Carrie was very comforting in helping me stay calm. then when I made it to the back assistants Naomi and Misty were wonderful very cheerful and were able to help me maintain a positive outlook on the visit. DR. Still and Dr. Hall. worked on me. They are very good at keeping you calm advised of the procedure as they progressed and were very attentive to my needs and if any pain began they were quick stop and address it before continuing. I am 46 and this is the best dental experience I have ever had. I love this place and the people. I will never go to another Dentist. Their prices were lower than the surrounding Dentist. Best root canal and crown I have ever had. Thank you to all who attended to me. It was great!!!

When speaking to the horrible office manager, her response was" Ill be glad to set up a payment plan." Lol...Im sure you will maam! But I should have been told this before treatment!! Years ago, Dr. Johnson was recommended to me by a specialist where who only works on my gums. They were concerned about some of my dental work and said they had never seen better work than Dr. Johnson- and tehy were correct. Everyone is friendly, she is beyond amazing and I feel confident about my smile for the first time in decades. This is the best dental office and staff, and Dr. Johnson is absolutely the best dentist imaginable.

The care begins with a reminder call for the appointment and continues when you first arrive. All of the paperwork and insurance are prepared by the friendly, welcoming front office staff. The appointment continues with the hygienist personally coming out to see if you have any concerns. Then, they walk your child back for cleaning and/or other needed work, this detail has helped to make our kids feel even more comfortable being there. Your appointment always finishes with a one on one consultation with Dr. West. I have always appreciated this time as we talk through the current appointment and to discuss future concerns if there are any. My children, of all ages and needs, have never minded going to the dentist thanks to the above and beyond care from the team at Children’s Dentistry and Dr. Lisa West.

Emily P My kids have been going to Dr. West for several years. My oldest has had a couple procedures with them as well, beyond cleanings. My kids are timid and shy but have always felt comfortable in this office. The staff are all so friendly, and Lisa is great at explaining things and offering up tips to help. We have never had to wait longer than just a couple minutes to get to the back either. Highly recommend this office.

K I came here as a child( now 30 y/o) and I HATE when people over use the word trauma but my goodness, that’s all I remember from here. Dr. West pulled 4 of my teeth out with JUST ‘magic jelly’ AKA Vaseline. 0 of the 4 teeth were loose AT ALL and she used the plaque scraping tool to pull them out. It was terrible pain and I screamed and cried and she got so mad when my mouth would naturally close due to the horrible pain. I would never take my child here.

He and his office staff, shout out to Janet and Jennifer, are always kind, professional and dedicated to making everyone feel comfortable. Dr. Terracina is a conservative and HONEST dentist who only does what is necessary to keep you and your teeth as healthy as possible. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Zack Shaffer I came to this office for a second opinion, but have been thoroughly impressed and may well switch to this gentlemen. The office is easy to get to (next to an Ingles). Its clean and well-kept. The waiting room has water bottles; the reception staff are very kind; theres even guest Wifi available. The facilities has several examination "rooms"; I only say rooms in quotes because the "rooms" are more partitions; theres not a true wall between them, but its not an issue. Dr. Terracina and his staff were very impressive. Dr. Terracina is very personable and very knowledgeable. I heard his interaction with other patients, and he was very kind and educational, and he was the same with me. He took his time with me, explained everything that was going on, educated me on multiple options. He was both very straightforward but also very compassionate. I felt valued, educated, and enabled to make the best decision moving forward. Really impressed with this guy. He was very straightforward about what he could do in his office, and he had lots of contacts for specialists and gave me a referral to one for procedures he felt someone else would do better. Very impressed. Very recommended.

mike miele I have never had such a complete Dental exam and consultation in my life. Dr. Frank spoke to me on my level and made sure that I understood exactly what he was referring too regarding my treatment. The news that I got was not good but Dr. Franks integrity and honesty made me know that his course of action was warrented and needed. We also had a insurance issue at the onset but Abby handled that with ease. My experience couldnt have been more smooth..

Hannah Jenkins Brought my children here ages 4 and 1 and my 4 year old child had x rays done at 6 month check up, was told his teeth are great no probelms. 6 months pass and he comes to his next appointment and x ray is done and I’m told he now has a cavity and needs to be seen by partner dentist (herin dental group) went to appointment and was told he had over 7 cavities and all would needs caps which require IV sedation. My child is 4 and has never shown any anxiety towards dental exams and no treatment should require that kind of sedation unless the child has previously shown they won’t do well under regular laughing gas. I took my child to a new dentist office and was told he is able to do laughing gas and all the teeth DO NOT need caps and could do a fill in and only has 4 cavities. If I’ve brought my child to regular exams and cleaned and flossed teeth twice a day I don’t see how in the world his teeth have progressed into something this serious other than them waiting for this to need to be done and run up my child’s insurance for all these procedures and need IV sedation. Would not recommend. My child did not receive a single dental cleaning the entire time of going to this office which is also mind blowing. My 1 year old daughter had her appointment and has a chipped tooth which I was told to not worry about and now the tooth is showing signs of decay. I’m at a loss for words with this office and would recommend getting a second opinion before ever allowing them to do any kind of procedure.

I was having so much trouble with my dental insurance, it was a big mess and had I not been referred to West Cobb Dental by Smile Generation I would still have broken front teeth! After I talked to LaToya, the office manager who made me feel like she really cared about my situation, I made my appointment to see Dr. Aguilera. I cant begin to tell you what a miracle worker she is! She listens to you and she tells you options but goes with what you want or need. She has a wonderful personality and helped me get thru the anxiety of being at the dentist. Every one I encountered at this office, LaToya, Dr. Aguilera, Margaret and the dental assistant were wonderful! I will never go anywhere else and feel great about going to the dentist!

Jaycee Johnson My family has been going to this office for a few years now and Dr. Lee and the medical staff are so nice caring and pleasant. His front office staff especially his “office manager” Michelle, are nasty, rude, unhelpful, and condescending. They have been this way from day one, but I over looked it because the back staff is so great, and I just try to keep the interaction with the office staff to a bare minimum. But on this day with them calling me the day before my appointment with a scheduling issue that they caused, failing to explain the full situation and beginning the conversation with an apology for the error on their part, and speaking to me in the rude tone and hanging up on me, was my limit. These appointments were made months in advance and you call me the day before pretty much telling me I had to move my appointment and not offering an explanation or apology for the inconvenience your staff caused then treating me as if I was the cause of your inconvenience is down right ridiculous! They really need to change the office staff starting with Michelle the “office manager”. I’m not paying my money, and driving over 30 minutes to a place that doesn’t value me as a client.
