Amanda McCarty Staff would not listen to what I requested of my nails. I begged them to correct the mistakes and they refused. I went in for a fill in and left still needing to have one. She caked on the polish and it would not dry underneath. I pleaded with them to correct it and the man only wanted to argue that they were fine and left new chip marks on my nails. I was very disappointed with the service. I asked to keep the same shape and they ended up crooked and uneven and skinny at the tips, beyond my actual nail. I would give no stars if it would let me.

Ambrica Poke A lady before me got her eyebrows waxed and I notice the worker kept sticking the same stick in the wax that she used in the lady, also they use old face mask to snatch the wax off. So I told her no I didn’t want my eyebrows waxed because that is nasty to double dip and not the right strips. Also when I was getting my foot did I seen mold on the sprayer YUCK! After she was done with my foot, she cleaned out the tub. But when another customer came to get her foot done she notice the tub still was still dirty and she told her “No that’s dirty,” but the worker said “All good, All clean.” Which it definitely wasn’t clean! I wouldn’t refer this place to anyone. And Their customer is Terrible!!

Deb Horrible place!!!!!! He refused to put gel on my toe nails because its "too hard to take off" and because "toe nails dont need it".... Instead, he just put nail polish which i could have done a better job with my eyes closed. The finger nails got lucky, for he put gel on them but look for the quality on the picture below. Please, give yourself a favor and dont waste your precious time and money in that hole!!!!!

Jessica Hurst Called to schedule an appointment and the person who answered was pretty rude as well as unprofessional. Decided to not schedule based just on the interaction on the phone.

Cheryl Revis Called to make an appointment, someone picked up but didnt say anything. I said hello several times but no answer. Thanks for letting me know not to spend my money here because of the unprofessionalism.

Elaine Worley Changed name to Oasis. Pedicure was great, but a little pricey. No top coat was used. Nails were ok, but didnt do cuticles or anything special. Id go back for the leg massage, but nails, no. Also, they close at 6pm in Sunday.

Padilla-Harkness Horrible service. They do not treat customers with respect. Communication barrier. I would leave a zero start if I could.

January Carroll The worst nail salon ever they charged for the shape of nails. They never discussed price with my daughter and charged her 55 dollars and she left unsatisfied with bleeding cuticles...hate this place and the people who were not helpful when confronted.

Robin Stanley Kayla is very professional and she is really good. She is a licensed nail tech and really knows her stuff.

MARK GARLAND 5 stars because, they WERE NOT good. Im a male that get my feet done from time to time, and I visited this place and it was not worth the $35. They do offer lower prices with $20 being the lowest. I should have taken the $20 service since I received the quality that comes with it.

Venice Betton STAY AWAY FROM THERE!! Im in tears. This is the worse Ive ever been treated in my life. My nails were stripped but not done. Ive left the store after failing to get to a manager or supervisor. The nail tech said he owns the store and the other 2 said no and asked that I return in order to see a manager. I went to get a gel fill and two replacements and a pedicure. After the hostess made several attempts to get the nail tech she showed me to a pedicure station. About to sit a male nail tech came yelling at the lady and rushed me to the nail station and started working very quickly. I became nervous and he kept telling me to relax, but kept arguing with the hostess. The guy told me it would be over $35 but he did not say how much so I paused and cautiously said ok. He picked out the nail for the replacement it was too big and I said my nail bed is small and he blue up and started yelling at me. I let him vent the calmly ask him why hes so angry with everyone? He got even angrier and his eyes were now bloodshot so I asked if he was intoxicated he said he quit. The hostess came offered to finish the job. I informed her if he owns the salon then no thank you and immediately used my pen. STAY AWAY FROM THERE

Vickie Wood I love Kit and Kathy!!!! I live 3 hours away, but refuse to let anyone else do my nails so I make a trip to town every 3-4 weeks so Kathy can do my nails!!!

LaVada Spikes This is THE WORST PLACE EVER When I went of course I was greeted. Very professional I asked if she knew how. To do SnS she said yes Im like great. I sat down nail tech took a fake nail and was trying to lift my nail up I told her my nails are real not fake fast forward...... She cut my nails down but when she got done they were uneven. Im telling her she tries to fix them I told her not to worry about it I will pay her for taking the polish off. I told her its very unprofessional for not. Knowing what and how the customers want. I went. Some. Place else I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NAILS...

Erin Butler They finally got my toenails cut right after me going to another local nail place that did not. She did a great job making sure that I was satisfied with every little detail of my nails and my fingers before I left. The prices are good.. No waiting with my appointment...

Dazy Rollins The customer service was amazing!!! On the other not my nails are crappy and already coming off and it’s been just three days.. and not on right…I do not recommend them.

Lacretia Stanley I went to get a pedicure and manicure l. While waiting I asked the young lady I don’t know her name but she is a nail tech she does great nails. I asked if she was free when I was done could she do my nails. A guy started getting loud saying you are about to get your feet done. I politely said I was asking could the young lady do my nails after my pedicure? He was very rude to me and I don’t her a lot. I did get up and leave I didn’t appreciate the way he handled things.

Cindy Hendrickson Went there for the first time and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing and friendly. I am in love with my nails. The gentleman that did them did a perfect job. My eye brows have never looked better. I have zero complaints.

Heather Lococo We came here to evacuate and went and got pedicures. I paid for the most expensive pedicure and he was in such a hurry, he was done in like 30 minutes. No callous remover and it was supposed to come with a collagen mask or paraffin wax and that didnt happen either. I even asked the tech what a collagen mask was.

Nicole Rios Everything was absolutely perfect. The place was soooo pretty. Everyone worked so well together. Amy did my nails (brown ones) and did the design on my sister in law ones. She is so talented as is everyone who helped my sister in law with the shaping of nails and doing her toes! Highly recommend coming in here to get your nails and toes done! You won’t be disappointed.

Laura Branch My daughter and I love us some Cheppie and his wife Amy! Salon was clean and bright, comfortable new pedicure chairs and sweet people all around who work there. I don’t know my pedicure ladies name but she was great too! I will definitely be back!

Jade This was my first experience with this nail salon. The environment from the start was friendly and warm. Cheppie was wonderful and kind! My nails look so good! I got exactly what I asked for. I requested short nails (for anyone who gets short nails knows it can be an issue at times) but he did not make me feel out of place for what I requested. Thank you so much!

Kaitee Chapman Beautiful nails at such a great price! I went to adore for my last set. I got very short black nails for $80. My nail tech here did beautifully shaped long almond nails, and soaked the ugly black ones off all for less than $65. I will be coming here faithfully!!

Elise B They offer such a wide range of colors and designs. I love being able to switch it up each time. The nail techs are patient and creative. The results always exceed my expectations.

Felicia Ortega This is my 2nd set from this shop. My first set I had done by Mimi, they were great. I love the quality they lasted three weeks. They were the shape I like and she had great customer service. I went back in because two broke since it had been three weeks and an older gentleman did this set and it’s less than a week. They are lifting on every single finger in the back they were not sealed properly so now there’s water damage under my nails!! At the top of each nail, they’re already lifting and you can see under this acrylic! I hate to be the person to leave without paying for services since they took two hours to do these nails however I wish I did ask for a refund because these were definitely not worth $75 and it was a fill

Crystal Foster The nail spa itself is beautiful however the past month Ive had 2 sets done. My first after a 2 week period started popping off, they fixed it by giving me a new set by a different tech instead of a fill because of the lift, this was generous I appreciated it. However here we are 2 weeks and 1 day later into the second set and once again Ive had a nail pop off as if I had gotten press on nails. Ive had my nails done Numerous times and acrylics Ive never had pop off the nail. Maybe break however never pop off.

Kaitee Chapman If you want to pay $70 for these, then this is the place for you. I got the shortest nails possible, with black gel, and black chrome. The staff was rude, and talked about my decision to get black chrome, because they didn’t think it would look good. my boyfriend took me here as a surprise. If it was up to me, for $70, I could have went to another nail salon and got long beautiful nails.

Liz Still My bf surprised me and took me even tho i usually go somewhere else and Idk what all the hype was about. They offered some ppl drinks while I didnt. The nail tech stayed on her phone and kept stopping on my nails and then she didnt properly shape my eyebrows smh I could have done that and worst part is my skin broke out from the wax which has NEVER happened before. The salon itself is nice but not worth it with service or lack there of

Bailey Minshew I have been coming here for about 8-9 years now. I have been to a few places closer to home (I live a little over an hour from them)to try out but always end right back up here because of the wonderful work they do. They are always so nice and I have never had them mess up on my manis or pedis. 1000/10 recommend trying them out if youve never been.

Shelby Mashburn Did exactly what I asked for. Minus the shape I tried for a short stiletto and it doesn’t work lol. But he was accommodating and redid the shape not rush not in a hurry took his time and made sure I liked it. Definitely love this place.

Gracie Greer I love elegant nails and how the employees are funny and talkative. However, I have recently noticed an increase in cuss words in the salon. I really don’t mind most of them and sometimes find them comical, but I cannot stand when someone uses “GD.” Especially as a business that is supposed to be professional. I am sure this word has turned others away in the salon who may have overheard as well
