Wilderies Rodríguez Terrible customer service! I called ahead to check their closing time and arrived there with enough time before their closing time. When I got there, the door was closed, and they were inside, signaling me that they were closed. I called them over the phone again and reminded them that they had told me they were open earlier. They said they were “closed now”. I went back to my car and saw a group of people walk in, they opened the door for them. However, they couldn’t open the door for me. Maybe it’s because I’m not Cuban like them... I called back and told the lady that they couldn’t open the door for me, but they just opened it for that group of people. She said, “Well, you can come in now.” No, ma’am, no thank you. I don’t want to do business with people who are so irresponsible. If that’s how they treat potential customers, I don’t want any business with them.

My husband and I just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and wanted to do a ring upgrade. The whole Process was comfortable and no sales pressure I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful ring ! Mandy Rivera I think there’s new management now, as none of the same people I dealt with before were present when I decided to sell some jewelry. In the past, the pricing was very transparent and different prices were provided for 10k and 14k gold. I was always told the trading price for gold and the weight of my items. However, when I recently sold my gold it was all lumped together and the pricing was not nearly as transparent as my experiences with the older gentlemen I typically worked with. I don’t think I’d return, which is disappointing because I’ve sold many items here over the years.
