He takes the time to better understand your needs and is able to provide you high quality jewelry at a great price. He appraised all my jewelry when I moved down for insurance purposes. I have worked with him on my insurance claim as I lost a pair of earrings. He made the process seamless as possible! Love my new pair! A few of my friends have gotten their engagement rings there, which was how I heard of him. Highly recommend!

I went in with a inspo picture and start to finish she just nailed it. Took the time, went into detail, provided pricing, and placed the order. I came back and picked up the two necklaces and the initial A that same week.(which she ordered in advance so it would be available) I can’t thank you enough doll I absolutely love my custom jewelry!

Isa Runberg the young lady with black hair and huge eyebrows was super rude and smells odd. the old bald man was also rude and acted like his last dying wish was to prevent ANYONE from buying DY. i bought from Neiman Marcus instead. the customer service was wonderful & they had plenty DY pieces.
