Since first meeting Dr. Horvat a few years back, I appreciated how professional and courteous this office is. And now that Dr. Cohen has transitioned to having a new partnership with Dr. Rostant, they have seamlessly maintained that professionalism.
Each time I have been to Winter Park Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, I have been greeted warmly and without any delay. They are very efficient and provide a quiet and calming atmosphere.
When I have been treated by Dr. Cohen, he maintains a calm demeanor and regularly checks on my comfort. I have appreciated his openness in explaining treatment options and expected outcomes.
The hygienist, Jill, did an excellent job on scaling my teeth, and helps me to maintain my oral health.
I have always been well informed about fees, procedures, home care instructions, and appointments. The communication is wonderful. I appreciate that if I have ever have any questions or concerns outside of the office, Dr. Cohen and staff respond timely and are super helpful. They write detailed treatment letters to my other dental providers so that they can work cooperatively to achieve the best outcome for my oral health.
Overall, I highly recommend this office. I trust them with my dental treatment, physical comfort, and financial concerns.
