5 /5 Christie Steele: This is the best church Ive ever been to (In 29 memorable years). Ive been coming here for three years, since I moved to Tampa. No one preaches like Pastor Tommy. He has an unparalleled gift for teaching. Hes a funny, kind and genuine speaker. No matter how long youve been going to church, youll learn something here. This is the church gem of Tampa. I only wish there was something like this everywhere. Update: Even years later, now that I live elsewhere, I still watch the sermons online. I can’t get the same amount of learning anywhere else.

5 /5 Jami George: If I had to use one word to describe my first time at Watermark Church, it would be comfortable. Ive had uncomfortable experiences with churches in the past and opted to just not go at all. I attended Watermark with a friend and I will continue to go. The people were friendly and inviting, the music is incredible!!, the whole facility is inviting and comfortable. The regular Pastor was away so there was someone else standing in. I look forward to going back.

5 /5 Dallas Herndon: My wife and I have attended this church now for 10+ years. We were dating here, married by the pastor and will soon have our first daughter dedicated to the Lord here. The children’s ministry is not super flashy like the big churches in the area but is VERY organized and fun. Plenty of time for the kids to play, pray, learn and make friends. Definitely give this church a try if you’re looking for something different from what you’ve always known. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

3 /5 D H: I hate to give such a low score but today felt like what I had heard from so many outsiders of the church: A lack of feeling welcomed. The irony behind that came as one of the congregational representatives spouted about how welcoming they are yet my last impression of him was the prior 15 minutes where I sat in the row across from him and he did not move to make a single introduction but was more caught up speaking to his friends. This, in addition to the 10 minutes to socialize with others for communion. It was truly awkward that no one said more than a polite hello, but even that seemed...forced? While I relocated across the country, I found myself giving a try for a church denomination I was familiar with having grown up a pk and mk in and my mother having recently retired from their national hq. To be fair, the music leader has a great voice and worship was solid but it was a guest speaker so no real determination on that aspect yet. But yes, sad to report not such an inclusive group as their website claims.

4 /5 Rebecca Kraft: This was our first visit here. Beautiful music and inclusive of the congregation. Something missing in most evangelical churches these days. Good and engaging preaching. Appreciate the honesty of the pastor regarding his own giftedness. We are on the hunt for a church home. Would love to find one in the Seminole heights neighborhood as thats where we live.
