Michelle Keen Dr. Keen is the most compassionate doctor I have come across. He takes the time to answer all my questions and ensures I understand what is going on with my body and how he is treating it. He does not rush me out the door.

Marcia Miley I have been using CAH for quite a few years. Unfortunately I was getting prepared to leave them due to a lack of care and incorrect diagnosis I had been receiving. THEN Dr. Kyle Marsh came along and he was very knowledgable and sympathetic to my concerns with my little pup Ginger. Correctly diagnosed her right off and from that point forward I would never take my pets ANYWHERE but to his practice. Always thorough and never rushed, his staff is just as great! It means so much to know my boy Tigger receives the best care available ANYWHERE!

Nikki B Yesterday was my first visit with this vet office. I have a new 5 month old puppy, Victor, that I recently adopted and wanted to make sure he was up to date on shots and everything he needs. This office came highly recommended and I see why. The front desk staff was AMAZING! Explained all my options and quickly got us back to our personal room. Everyone was so friendly. Shots went easy and Victor had a great experience. I was able to talk to them about food issues I am having with Victor. He’s a picky eater and I did not feel judged when I explained I was not getting it right because he has loose stool. They offered suggestions and even provided dog food to try. I also found them to be very affordable. I haven’t had a puppy in years but I’m happy that I chose this office to care for Victor. They gave this dog momma the little boost of confidence I needed. Thank you!

Shantel Laird I had a great experience getting well after becoming ill on vacation. I was a walk in on a busy day and the staff worked to get me seen as soon as possible. They were all very friendly, welcoming and thorough. The facility is a very nice with a calming atmosphere and I highly recommend them for your medical needs.

Bonnie Stelzenmuller Unfortunately for me I’ve needed the services of the walk in clinic twice in the past few months. Fortunately it’s been a wonderful experience both times! The wait was not too long, the staff was very caring and professional and the doctors and nurses were exceptional! I got the treatment I needed and started feeling better by the next day. I highly recommend TMH Wakulla!

Susie Spears Dr. Keen is a great doctor to my parents. Arena the receptionist is a great help with her acknowledge of getting refills on meds and appts. Dr. Keen does telehealth appts saving a trip in office to discuss lab work done. He takes the time to explain results and any concerns.

Kristy Clark-Doskocil We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. This isnt the first time that weve had to wait this long to be seen for a scheduled appt. However, it was a necessary appointment that we couldnt reschedule as that was what they offered when we checked twice because the sign says to check with them if weve waited 15 minutes past the appointment time. We saw APRN Lockwood and feel that she helped us get some answers that we needed as well as taking some labs that will hopefully help answer other questions. APRN Lockwood seemed attentive and answered all questions that we could think of to ask. Yes, I was beyond annoyed at the 45 minutes of waiting past the appointment especially when youre asked to arrive early. It would have been different if the office had called us up to inform us that our provider was running behind. As a patient, any provider will cancel your appointment if youre 15 minutes late and charge you and you cannot do anything but try to dispute that.
