1 /5 Tori W: So I came here for an acrylic full set, I had an appointment. When I walked in no other customers were there and there were only two workers in the whole place, should have been a red flag. I sat down and immediately the nail tech asked me if I wanted gel, which I thought meant instead of polish. I said yes. Apparently she meant gel builder which is something I’ve never heard of before and is a HUGE up charge but she never told me that. It took her over 2 HOURS to get my nails done. After all of that time, two of the nails are extremely uneven and have black streaks of paint on them. I was charged $80 for this service before the tip, even though the website says it is $50 for a full set of acrylics. She also did not draw the flowers on my nails but put stickers on them, even tho I asked her not to because stickers always fall off. She said they wouldn’t, but it has been 3 hours since my nails were done and I can already feel the edges of the stickers coming up. I understand that what I asked for was not an easy job, but if she couldn’t do it she should have been honest and said so. She also should have told me there was an up charge. I attached a pic so you can see how uneven my nails are. I will NOT be coming back here. I wish I could get a refund.
