On the day of my appt, I was told by his nurse to stay home until I hear from her. Next thing I know I was receiving a call from Dr Blunck & this man yelled & screamed at me blaming me because I wasnt there & I wasted his time & I would have to reschedule with one of his associates. I was so upset & yes I cried because he blamed me for not being there when actually it was his nurse who said to stay home until I hear back from her. I never returned. I went & saw a surgeon @ UF Health North & my surgery went well & a year later Im doing just fine.
My recent appt with Dr Hans Blunck, UF Gastro Surgeon @ UF Health, was awesome. Actually, from the moment me & my son walked thru the Faculty Clinic doors for my appt, the staff was very personable with excellent customer service. Once I was checked in on the 2nd floor, I was immediately taken back to an exam room, vitals & history were taken & within 5 mins Dr Blunck walked in He greeted me with a friendly attitude & hand shake. He was patient, understanding, took his time & didnt rush me. I highly recommend Dr Hans Blunck to anybody who needs to have their gallbladder removed. Ill post an updated review once the surgery is completed.
