Anna Da Costa This church is much, much more than a church. It is a family of believers who pour out Gods love to all who come in. This is a powerful and prayerful family that cares, encourages and lifts you up! From the pastor right down to the youngest member, you get love so pure it makes your heart jump with the joy of the lord. The worship is beautiful and the teaching of the word fills your heart to overflowing. It is a blessing!

Andrea Tomasini I recently became a member of this wonderful church, and it has been a truly amazing experience. The sense of community here is remarkable, and Im excited to be a part of it. Denise Horsley I love this church! I have always been warmly welcomed from day one. I have become involved in a weekly study group led by an excellent teacher who thoroughly researches her biblical subject matter, brings it alive, and makes it personal for each person who attends. All of the attendees have become living and caring friends during my time with them. The pastor and his wife are wonderful, and the sermons are spirit-filled. I learn something new every week as I apply the sermon lessons to my own life.

Michael Buonaiuto Ive been attending Rio Vista for just over a year now. I really like the small group that we meet up with on Tuesday nights. I appreciate the dedication to having a coffee hour in between services. I feel welcomed and comfortable to share my struggles with church leaders...even to the point I am going to attend couples counseling with the associate pastor, his wife, and my girlfriend. The worship is good. Very predictable. Never too rocky, never too sappy. The sermon (no matter who is preaching) is always introspective. Pastor Tom was a lawyer and my future father-in-law said he thought Toms message was laid out like a case. I guess thats true sometimes but for me, its more of an easy to listen to guy sharing whats on his heart and pointing the answer to the cross. There are consistently events happening at the church like game nights, young adult nights, mens breakfasts, rallies, worship nights...and theyre just about to open a new building next door that Im really excited for. Rio Vista is in a beautiful part of town and I feel truly blessed to be part of a church I can lean on like a family.
