5 /5 Andrea Dickstein: This is my go to place for my personal care and moment of relaxation. Easy to make appointments online, check in and you are ready for a great experience with you mani and pedi. They always greet you and take care of right away. Good product selection, clean, and friendly. Even though I only do regular gel nails, I always see other customers getting very artistic work on their nails, even with sparkling applications. It is a work of art!! I have been going for the past 4 years and would highly recommend it.

5 /5 B Sumptuous Candles LLC: I recently stopped by this nail salon because my nail tech from another salon was on vacation. Its now safe to say I will definitely be returning here and asking for Andy . I was given the “ Princess treatment” . The front desk staff was also kind and helpful. My mani and pedi on my natural nails came out extremely beautiful very clean.

2 /5 Jocelyn Dominguez: I was looking for a new Salon that was open late and had been wanting to try Toi spa because it’s right by my house and open later than the usual salon I go to. I was very grateful that they were able to see me and give me an appointment for the same day. I really wanted to love this place because it would make life easier as they offer a later schedule then my usual nail salon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the end results of my nails(Not that I’m picky Iots just I get may nails done every 3-4 weeks and my nails have never come out like this). The pedicure was ok one of the fastest I ever had and it ended up going better after I explain to her a few things I wanted her to do she left some of my nails longer than others so I asked her to fix it (I asked her to fix one that she left really long she proceeded to cutting all of them shorter) . On to my nails, the technician started preping my nails to apply acrylic, he did the prep and when he was going to start the acryclic I asked is that acrylic to which he replied yes and I told him I was supposed to do Hard gel on my natural nail, in which he then grabbed the hard gel and proceeded. The end result fell short from my expectations and the more I look at my nails the more I see all the imperfections and it upsets me that I paid for my nails and will have to do them in less then 3 weeks because of the amount of space left between my nails and cuticles. I did my nails on Friday and it looks like I’ve had them for two weeks already based on the space between the hard gel and cuticle, the polish doesn’t cover some of the sides either and you can see the difference of the space between the right hand and left. Although I was displeased and disappointed with the result I would say the gentleman was very nice and did stay past the closing time to finish my nails (maybe that had a factor with the way my nails came out since they might have been rushed) and the young lady that was the receptionist was nice and attentive to my needs. Overall the employees were nice just the end results fell short. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for at this salon which was disappointing.

5 /5 Talita Moura: It was a very pleasant experience for the first time at the salon. Staff were very friendly and professional. Tom did both my manicure and pedicure and I really liked the service. He was very delicate. Usually it’s hard for me to find a professional that doesn’t cut me. I just moved to Hollywood and I am very happy to find a good salon so close to my house. I am definitely coming back.
