1 /5 Tracy Bowie: One star for amazing desk service from reception. If you are taking your kids to the health department for dental, pay VERY special attention to what theyre doing. They kept cleaning my sons teeth while disregarding his cavities ... four root canals by sixteen. Now hes seeing another dentist and turns out he has 13 cavities, quite a few that are emergent. The crown they put on badly has ruined one of his teeth and I have to somehow pay out of pocket to get it fixed because they wasted the Medicaid allotment for a crown per tooth. Unbelievable. Parents be aware and ask lots of questions. Cant trust these dentists like you can others. Trying to receive his medical records but no one is answering and the mailbox for the dental office is full. Just ridiculous. He had to see an adult dentist for an emergency and she was amazing and informative. I suggest going to a different dentist for children, 100%

1 /5 Kayla Kayla: They never answer the phone. Ever. It pisses me off too. Cause they say call during business hours if you have an emergency with your pregnancy and then they never answer. Whats the point. They need better people at the front. The women there are judgemental and rude. They dont know how to smile. Only the back nurses are actually nice. If I could separately star everyone it would be better.. but I. Giving one star to the people who are in the front taking calls and names.

1 /5 Rachael Scheuerlein: Arrived on time for my daughters appointment, waited TWO hours to be seen and they never brought her chart back and then refused to see her. I would NEVER recommend anyone to the dental office here. The dental assistant was incredibly rude and handled the situation completely incorrect. Just awful

4 /5 Hibri Pica: Despite the other posters, i had a great experience. The NP prescribed me meds that got my hypertension down and everybody was nice, My only problem was that i called today and they said to call tomorrow. I would recommend them to anybody, ( no idea about the baby stuff, but medical stuff they were great) oh another ( i called today for another reason, i think i have influenza or phnemonia).

5 /5 Jeanne Andrews: I called for a replacement vaccine card. The receptionist was very pleasant and very professional and told me all I had to do was come and they would print it out.
